Introduction
Orientation is considered as the crucial university procedure & process that aid new students
adjust to life in higher education. It is determined that orientation is considered as the critical
phase in open & distance learning (ODL) in order to overcome the few problems which
connected with the distance appropriate student & lecturer. The main motive of OSHE is to
evolve the effectiveness of the higher education & then improve the learning impact on the mind
of the people. This report will discuss about three topics that are totally based on the OSHE&
then student need to discuss about the gained knowledge about the selected areas in context of
new ideas, theories & also strategies. This project will discuss about the effectiveness of all the
selected topics so that students can appropriately improve their knowledge & also understanding
about the topics. This project also determines the analysis of the performance in which students
need to share their strength &challenge.

to improve my core competencies &also enhance my academic knowledge so that I have became
confident about myself &also my overall personality. With the help of these topics, I have
appropriately improve their participation in teamwork &maintain team working activities in a
