personal relation apart and make valuable decision to improve strategic planning in order to
make some respective position of company. He is also responsible to check and determine the
facts and figures or collect some evidence which are against Dave Write so that he must be
eliminated form company. In order to improve or strength strategies planning Tom is advised to
make use of advance artificial intelligence within engineering service department so that the
profit share can be raised by 10% from 55% in the upcoming period. If I was Tom then I would
definitely focus on improving financial facilities within company that will improve the different
section which will allowed OSIM group to cop the actual desirable position in the upcoming
time. In loosely structure of OSIM group there is a need of proper strategies planning which will
be beneficial for Tom to provide more time on CBS department which is an essential part of
business and provide different range of financial and consulting services to small, private and
self running businesses. It is essential to have laws and regulation in order to operate a lucrative
business. Each worker should become a hard worker and official and recorded communication
with them. With such an unprovidential practice, a corporation could not develop to its capacity
without the absence of decision-making skills and unbiased behaviour. My function as a strategic
planning manager in the organisation is to implement planning and structured methods of
working out projects, but when the chairman is not confident of the whole concept of planning,
then I may be dismissed from the job and may need to discover new jobs. Therefore, I panned
hard and effectively to retain my position so I need to convince and agree all company vice
president and project manager in order to apply the best organised and appropriate working
standard, furthermore implement new standard and norms or rules which would give an
additional lookout for company to reduce the chances of error.
Tom comes to know from frank that there were only few member was happy with the
decision of acquisition, on the other side Dave and three worker from management team was
benefited or happy with the this decision which makes Tom to have some meaningful evidence

that can be presented to chairmen at the time of meeting. It is essential for development to have a
safeguard, to have legislation in place, and to document all that in a project. For a longer time
period, a business can not operate on an entrepreneurial basis. Then I would be part of some
understanding against Dave Wright because he couldn't develop the business and work in an
setting in which everything poorly organized and unmotivated due to which it is not possible to
run company in profitable and this is the main reason of acquisition. Being a Director of
Strategic Planning, it is my task to implement planning and a structured working condition in
which staff can be more efficient that help to attain the desired goals. The business survived due
to hard work and willingness to job on the workers' problems. I as a Tom would like to
implement Blue ocean strategy that is consider to be the best way for company like OSIM Group
to expand services and business at new markets that have never before exploited and can be
profitable to business. This would also enable Tom to majorly focus on value innovation that is
being consider as the best way to ensure that customer have a leap in the value for company in
nearby future and aid to increase profitability in order to meet the business need.
