REFLECTION ASSIGNMENT: EXPERIENCING THEATER
Among all the art forms, it has been seen that theatre has provided a greater sum of
understanding for the real life scenarios. Theatre provides an opportunity to experience other
aspects of life in form of executing and preparing for another character that will be played on
the stage (Dale, Hirst, Catchpole, & Mishra, 2017). When studying the customers, it is seen
that for Desdemona`s outfit was the skirt and men`s boot and coat for Bianca`s corset. The
customers were to be interpreted by one of my friend where each colour of the dress of each
character has a relevance in itself and signifies a particular feeling (Dale, Hirst, Catchpole, &
Mishra, 2017). Desdemona was dressed with skirts, Jeans, and chemises. Bianca was dressed
with shrug, skirt, and Emilia skirt. People such as lago, soldiers, and Othello are dressed in
same uniform and there is recognisable difference in their costume. Cassio`s dressing was
consisting of black boots, white inspired renaissance shirt, black pants, rust colour insignia,
and grey herringbone jacket (Doumouras et al., 2017). Desdemona is marked as a strong
woman who has low for Othello and she has a complex nature but at the same time, she was
influenced by lago. In lieu of this, traits were emotionally deep, loose fitted, flowing skirt,
and corset. To resemble a hard behaviour, we have complemented grey brocade; rust
coloured piping, where I died grey and stitched between the seams around the top and bottom
of corset (Dale, Hirst, Catchpole, & Mishra, 2017).
In the contemporary culture, it is seen that theatre is an way of addressing the society`s issues
by expressing emotion, interpretation, and knowledge. Therefore, it is even charming and
entertaining (Doumouras et al., 2017). I think after being the part of this culture
representation, I think it charming as well as entertaining. Therefore, not enough people play
and are represented in field of theatre because there may be a lack of interest in the field.

creativity, imagination, and development (Doumouras et al., 2017). The lead role was under
the hold of my friend and I could totally relate how effi8ciently he learnt a lot from the
leading character. I as a clever and lago affect women came up to foresee to what extent I
could comply the same cleverness in my personality and personal behaviour (Weldon,
Korkiakangas, Bezemer, & Kneebone, 2015). Most importantly in the two weeks’ time, I
could release a lot self-developing techniques during the whole process such as way of
presenting oneself in such a manner that audience could totally related to character given in
the script (Ingvarsdottir, & Halldorsdottir, 2018). Each type of theatre presentation avails
different experiences. For instance- musicals, melodrama, comedy, historic plays, immersive
theatre, fringe theatre, and tragedy. “Othello” is an tragic play based on tragedy.
