The child holistic development refers to consider of emotional, physical and spiritual
prospect of child's life. This include to provide the all factors of development in all sectors to
children. The benefits of this stage is that a child can learn different types of things from
different stages. The health care practitioners need to develop this strategies among children.
There are many different intervention approaches are occur which help in analysing the
development of children. With this, a child can learn different skills with proven strategies
(Blakeslee and Fleischer, 2019). There are some essential teaching skills are required to develop
the growth of a child. The main objective of this is to enhance the quality of a child and to add on
the value in their lives. The practitioners can encourage teachers and educators to use child's
holistic development approach in their daily teaching activities. This approach involves
exploring the new ways of learning activities so children can engage to the environment.

new strategies in child's daily activities. It includes the development and involvement of children

techniques in a better way. The holistic education is important in education system as it provides
the extensive learning process to children. It is useful as it helps in providing the needs and skills
that can empower emotional and social development of children (Cosgriff, 2016). There are
various different approach can be used in this holistic education system. In this approaches, there
are five different approaches are used which are based on physically, socially, emotionally,
intellectually and spiritually. As each aspect is necessary in a child's life so the main object of
this is to enhance these aspects in order to develop children. This is important as it helps in
developing the communication skills to encourage children to use their skills to make link with
learning. The idea of this strategy is based on a teaching quality that help a child in engaging in
their academics.
The benefits of this approach is not about to establish a outside learning anything rather it
includes to prepare a child to learn the information about any subject. This approach helps

children to learn any subject with creative by using their own skills. The positive impact of this
that it can develop confidence among children that can help them to communicate socially in a
better way. The implementation of this approach is necessary as it develops different methods
that can develop strength and confidence among children. It involves play based learning
approach that power a child to think more creativity and imagination (Glazier and Bean, 2019).
The educators and teachers can create an environment from which a child can experiment it and
explore the other things. This approach is necessary to be implemented in the schools and other
education system as it develops various different aspects regarding development. The main aim
is to increase and build up of attitude towards learning so the children can easily read and write
in their academics. From this, the children can teach different skills such as talking and walking
in social environment.
The holistic development can bring up the new technologies in order to understand the
thinking of children. This promotes the transformative approach in education in which it
transform the frame of children's view and there habits. This approach can reduce the impact of
grades or any social strategies that impacting on a child's development. With this, a child can
develop physical strength by various outdoor activities and they can also build up their
communication to others. The physical activity can help in reducing the stress which have
impact on the memory and concentration. As it also impacted on the academic and cognitive
skills of a children so it is an important aspect in a child development (Johns, 2017). This is
important as it raise well being and happiness in children. This approach provides the support to
children so that they can increase their personal growth.
The potential impact of opportunities of learners in developing holistic environment
consist of safe environment for children. There are many children who have disability in their
learning process so this opportunities can help learners to develop the holistic environment. With
their opportunities, the learners can develop safe and realistic study environment so that they can
understand in an effective way. The learners have different opportunities to develop holistic child
environment. They have some physical and extra circular activities opportunities that impacted
on their social life. The opportunities that are arranged for learners have impacted on their life
(Leat, Reid and Lofthouse, 2015). They start understanding and creating communication in
socially. With the development of holistic education, the chances of stress, anxiety and other

symptoms are seen less among children. It helps in there further development from child to adult
with better communication and understanding by learning process.
With this approach, the opportunities are effectively impacted on a learners life. They
have better ways of understanding things by identifying different creative skills of their own. The
chances of risk that occur at the age of child is reduced with this approach. As this approach
facilitate better and effective way of understanding in their learning subject. There are many
children who sometimes lack of learning due to their disability in understanding anything. So,
this approach help these people to learn and influence their communication in socially. The
positive impact of these opportunities is that the physical, social, emotional and intellectual
characteristic can be raise which is necessary for the development of a child. From the outdoor
academic activities, the children can develop their communication skills by understanding the
different aspects of the society which help them to engage in society effectively. The impact of
opportunities for learners help them to survive in the modern world by making understand about
the world effectively. This opportunities promote the learners to think quickly and creatively so
that they can interconnect with nature. The outdoor holistic development can help in personality
development of a children.

The main aim of holistic environment is to deliver safe and purposeful learning
environment to children. It includes some of the effective approaches that enhance the
development of a child. If I were as a educator and teacher then some attempts will be followed
by me in order to develop a child holistic environment. Firstly in my attempts, I would like to ask
open questions to children about their interest. This helps the children in thinking about their
own interest by themselves. As the thinking refers to exploring, so the children are now able to
explore their own thoughts with cognitive thinking (MacQuarrie, 2018). This also helps me to
develop the safe environment for children so they does not harm from any of other aspects. This
can assist me to take another attempts that can help a child to enhance their physical as well as
social feature. The children are mostly engage to those on which they can trust fully in outside
environment. So the safe environment can be achieved by building the trust between children
and others.

The communication is a most important factor in building the purposeful environment for
children. By communicating with children and others, the strong and safe environment for
children according to their needs can be created. This can also help in developing thinking by
engaging with children individually. The attempts for establishing safe environment includes to
work on myself as a educator so that I can promote the safe and purposeful environment. It
includes the positive and effective communication with children so that they can trust on
strategies of mine of developing holistic care. As the negative impact or behaviour can lead to
the unsafe environment which result in to keep away a child from their good learning process. It
is my responsibility to make children comfortable in outside environment that help them to grow
with more ease. The attempts include to celebrate and promote children to engage more and
more in outside environment so that it can enhance the creativity of children more (Prout and
James, 2015). An open environment which is creative and free from biased can help in
developing safe and purposeful environment. In my attempts, must to include different activities
that can help the children to think creative about it.
The attempts include different activity intervention such as different types of activities of
physical so that it can enhance the mind state of children. It also includes to facilitate a better
environment in which a child can promote themselves freely. As a practitioner, I would facilitate
the positive non verbal communication in between the students and other individual so that it
does not harm emotionally. In order to promote safe and purposeful learning, it is necessary to
motivate students about the activities and outdoor learning experiences so that they can engage
themselves in the activities. In my attempt of proposing safe environment I prefer that the
schools carry out the effective quality and communication of learning experiences to children. So
that they can feel secure in the environment and can help themselves in engaging different
activities. The good atmosphere can prevent the risk behaviour and improve learning
surroundings.
The each children have different needs according to which they function and adapt the
environment. So, it is necessary to take feedback from the students about their learning process. I
prefer this strategies in my activity because some students feel more easily and comfortable to
express their needs. With this, the change in the learning process can be bring out if required
according to the conveyance of children. This become helpful in developing the enthusiasm
among children and they feel purpose about learning environment. In my strategies to developing

safe and purposeful environment, I would employed some different and interactive games so that
each children can communicate and understand each other. This is required to be done in child's
holistic development as there main aim is to enhance the learning strategies of children. As a
practitioner, I prefer to make the positive and motivated environment, so that a child can feel safe
about the learning process by celebrating their small success. I would analyse the effectiveness
of learning process among children in order to implement new learning strategies (Wilson,
2017). In order to develop safe and purposeful environment, a child must safe from mentally,
physically, spiritually, intellectually and socially.
The implementation of challenging environment provides opportunities to children so
that they can think more to face the challenges. This can help them in their future by developing
their mental strength. So I use this strategies as part of my intervention while implementing these
in holistic development. The project based environment is very useful in providing the holistic
learning as it delivers some of the advance creative thinking which is used by the children. The
motivated environment can also help children in developing their life long development. So the
strategies of this is applied by me in order to achieve positive education and learning process
from the children. In my strategies I would add on some of the respectful strategies so that all
child can developed effectively with satisfying their all necessity. Moreover, it also includes the
involvement of different thought-provoking environment to raise the development.

From the above essay, it has been concluded that the holistic education provides a better
way of learning to children. The aim of there is to deliver the better education to those who are
not able to attain a proper education. As many of the students faces many problems and have
several disabilities from which they are unable to gain learning. The different activities are
implemented in child's education system so that they can develop a better way of understanding.
The physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual are necessary to be developed in a child
so with this it can be developed.
