Introduction
Communication can be defining as a process of transferring
message or idea from one person to other person. This is a
very crucial part of an organisation as most of the activities
are majorly dependent upon communication flow. Company
chosen for this report is a Fish and chips restaurant. This
company is located in Borough market area which is near to
London Bridge station. It current have team of 20 employees
who are Britisher as well as non Britisher. This report
includes various challenges or barriers faced by company in
order to conduct effective communication. Different
strategies are included to overcome communication barriers.

It is very important for Mr Fishy to overcome these
communication barriers in order to conduct business activities
in effective and efficient way. There are various strategies
which will help in dealing with communication barriers.

It is very important that each and every employee
should be respectful towards other employees.
Communication should be in plain or common
language which is easily understood by each and
every employee.
Taking feedback is essential as communication
