INTRODUCTION
The company is having the workforce who are strong regional dialect.
There driver are working for approximately 12 hour shifts for 6 days in week
which have made them more in pressure to have he research over allocated place.
The company is not having policies in order to have allowance of business for over
time. The drivers were considered more level of rude and difficult to understand
and intolerant.
CONCLUSION
The company can have the implementation of various level of strategies to over the
barrier of effective communications along with increase in employee engagements
and customer satisfaction.

Strategies to over the communication barriers.
The use of simple languages that the drivers will have the proper level of
training in order to have the understanding in relation to use of simple and clear
words which can be emphasized.
The development of active listening in drivers so that proper understanding
of messages can be interpreted in more appropriates level.
Avoidance of overload as the drivers were working for overcome without
any pay which makes them more level of frustrated. There should be level of
quality spending of time with higher level of management so that there can be
proper listening. This will help them to have to report their problems along with
feedback in more frequent manner.
Give Constructive Feedback as Avoid giving negative feedback. The
contents of the feedback might be negative, but it should be delivered
constructively. Constructive feedback will lead to effective communication
between the superior and subordinate.

Linguistic differences as the drivers were having belongingness to the local region's so, there create all level of difficulty to have the
understanding over unfamiliar accents.
