INTRODUCTION
Organizational communication is important to run day to day activity in any
organization. It is a exchange of any information within an organization , employees and
managers exchange there thought, ideas and information related to business. Without
communication there is no chance to be succeed in any business proper communication is
important to run business smoothly and effectively. This report will cover challenges and barriers
of communication and how to overcome from this all communication barrios, also cover
awareness of cultural influence during communication and negotiation.

Common challenges and barriers to effective communication
ï‚· New employees in Mr Fishy company are facing problem because of lack of proper
training. proper training about how to behave with customers and how to communicate
with them
ï‚· language problem is common barrier which is mainly faced by employees In company
ï‚· some worker do not pay attention when superiors give information , this can create
problems for both.
ï‚· Gender difference create problems for employees because they can be nervous to
communicate with female.
ï‚· it is important for workers to get feedback from customer , feedback motivate them to
work more better but it is challenge for employees to get feedback from customers.
ï‚· Sometimes employees do not get correct information it can be barrios for them if they
don't ask for complete information

growth because it is impotent for company mangers to create relation with their employees
there are some strategies that can help company to remove this barriers (Barbour and Barge)
Eliminating differences in Perception
In this strategy it is important for company to recruit right candidates for job. interviewer
should insure that candidates has command over language as well as written (Kassing and
Matthews). It is important to clear all the information to employees there should be proper
training conduct by the required candidate.
Use of Simple Language
Employees always face difficulty to understand language it is necessary to understand
their problem so managers should use simple and clear language so employees can clearly
understand information. It will be more better if managers use language which employees can
understand easily. This will be helpful to remove communication barrier for Mr fishy company
and they can increase their growth.
Reduction and Elimination of noise level
This barrier create problem for employees to get information , there are many machine or
thing that make noise and employees cannot understand oral information (Kassing and Matthews
2017) To overcome from this barrier they can eliminate machine with other better machine
which make less noise as compare to others.

Active listening is the most important part to understand information .Employees should
listen provided information carefully so they can perform their task properly . This is best ways

that's why organizational structure should be simple and not that much complex , there should be
less number of supervisor and managers (Rusted 2017) Simpler the structure of organization ,
more effective will the communicate in an organization.
Feedback
Mr fishy company 's supervisor should avoid giving negative feedback to employees for
their work they should give constitutive feedback because this will lead them to effective
communication between managers and employees. Positive feedback also help employees to
work efficiently. This will create a good environment for company .
Proper Media Selection
Managers of Mr Fishy company should select proper medium of communication and
they should convey simple message orally (Rusted 2017). It will be more better if they convey
message face to face or in a meeting. Written communication can be difficult for employees to
understand but orally they can understand easily. If they are giving written message or any
information then it should be proper and essay to read. For significant message remainder
should be given by company like memo, notice and text messages.

Mr fishy company should aware about cultural influences because it plays important role
