INTRODUCTION
In order to complete a graduation at university, different types of personal and professional skills
need to be developed by a person which helps them to overcome of challenges occur in their
lives (Bakhshi, Weisi and Yousofi, 2021). In order to overcome of these challenges, a person
develop different skills like communication skills, time management skill, business skills, team
working skill and other things. For purpose of development of these skills, a person needs to
develop personal development plan that includes action to be taken by a person in order to
develop required skills. This project report includes different types of graduation challengers. It
also includes action plan required to develop essential skills.
MAIN BODY
Apprentice Challenge:
Apprentice is an individual who is working for another person in order to gain and learn new
skills. Apprentice challenges are those challenges which are focusing on enhancement of
communication skills and also inspire other members of team in order to find out new ideas. In
these, activities are included which can suits to different level of team members and also task are
designed in a ways that meets to objectives of business (Baran and AlZoubi, 2019). At time of
studying at university, I have faced different situation. At time of facing that situation, different
types of skills have developed by me that helps me to overcome of challenges occur in business.
Some of these skills required by me in order to face these challenges are mentioned below:
Communication skills: It is one of important skills which allow a person to attain a strong
position in life. For purpose of developing these skills in me, I have made various efforts. It is
skills that provide me assistance in sharing my views and opinions to another person in an
effective manner (Click, 2018). It also helps me to communicate with other students who are
studying with me at university. It allows me to complete group projects assigned by professor at
university as it allow me to communicate with other team members effectively that allow me to
complete that project on time.
Time management skill: It is another skill which is important for a person t complete a work on
time. It is playing role for me to overcome of apprentice challenge as in order to learn new things
and developing new skills, I need to be on time and also needs to complete work assigned by

professor on time. With use of this skill, I was able at university to manage my time effectively
that allow me to complete assignments on time and also to saves time for self-studies.
Team work: It is also a skill that is important for a person in order to work in a team which
allow them to attain group goals and objectives. In a team, there are different types of people
working for purpose of attainment of common goals and these individuals are having different
skills, knowledge (Warraich and Rorrisa, 2021). While working in a team. I get opportunity to
learn new things at University as it aloe me to gain new knowledge and skills from other people
and for this, a person needs to coordinate with other person.
Presentation Challenge:
Presentation is something in which speaker is conveying their information to audience that can
be demonstration, speech, lecture that inform, inspire and inform to another purpose.
Presentation challenge includes those challenges which come at time of delivery of this
information to audience (Mok and Jiang, 2018). At time of studying at university, I was facing
presentation challenges as I needs to given prestation which is part of our coursework. I also did
an internship at Next Plc where I needs to give presentation and face various challenges. In order
to overcome of these challenges, I need to develop different types of skills which are mentioned
below:
Communication Skill: Communication is one of important skill require to given an effective
presentation. At time of studying at University, I was done my internship in Next Plc where I
needs to give different presentation about products and service of company to different types of
clients. In order opt given an effective presentation, I need to have a strong communication skill.
Teamwork skill: Team work is another important skill which helps me to overcome of
presentation challenges (Rao and Kotapati, 2020). At time of giving presentation, I also need to
coordinate with another person working with me in a team. This allows me to develop an
effective team working skill and also helps me to overcome of various challenges related to
presentation.
Time management skill: It is an important skill required by me for purpose of effectively
complete a work on time. While working at Next Plc, I need to give different types of
presentation. In order to complete that presentation, I need to manage my time in a manner that
allow me to saves time for my personal work.

T-shirt Challenge:
While completing my internship at next Plc, I was assigned a task to launch a new t-shirt, where
I needs to design logo of company (Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018). It creates different
challenges for me like design of logo, section of colour and size of logo and other thing. Some of
these challenges related to t-shirt is mentioned below:
Communication skills: Communication skills is another important skill which allow me to
complete a work in an effective manner. While working at next Plc, I was given a task of
launching a t-shirt. In order to complete this task, I need to communicate with my seniors about
my ideas related to t-shirt. For this I needs to develop an effective communication strategy.
Teamworking skills: Team working is another important skill which is required by me in order
to successfully complete task assigned to me (Shankar, Mukesh and Badrinarayanan, 2021). For
this, I need to work with other members of team that allow me to complete work on time in
effective manner.
Time management skills: time management is another important skill required by me in order
to compete my task of launching a t-shirt. It is important skills which allow me to divide
activities in a manner that assist me for completing this task on time in an effective manner.

From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that there are various challenges occur
at time of graduation while studying at university. Studying at university provide different
opportunity in life of a person and provide them opportunity to get personal and professional
development. These developments are important in order to build good career opportunity in life.

person needs to develop different types of skills. These skills including communication skill,
time management skill, business skills and team working skill and other things.
