INTRODUCTION
P & G is an American corporation which produces various kind of goods and services . It
was found in 1837. The organisation widely produces products of personal care and hygiene
products. Present report describes about innovation net and problems with it in P&G.
Furthermore, benefits of AskMe knowledge sharing system has been discussed.
1 Innovation Net
Innovation net is good in providing jobs and helps to connect people. It also supports in
improving knowledge of people.( Kivinen and Lammintakanen, 2013). Innovation net is helping
companies by providing solutions regarding issues in products. Many organisations don't know
how to get solution of questions and problems. Thus, innovation net is supporting them, in giving
those answers. Innovation net portal in P&G has facilitated workers in browser based accessing.
This helps company in various information such as documents, sheets and reports (Van De
Walle, Turoff and Hiltz, 2014).
2 Problem with innovation net in P&G
There are various problems with innovation net in P&G enterprises. The company has
implemented innovation net portal for facilitating collaboration among all the employees. The
portal was used by 18000 workers in the world yet it has several issues (Galegher, Kraut and
Egido, 2014). The intranet in company was restricted as it can't extract most valued resources of
the organisation. This feedback form employees have led P&G to implement knowledge sharing
system of AskMe. This knowledge sharing system of AskMe was deployed in P&G on trial
basis. This system is designed to integrate intranets of organisations for pooling the information
from expert resources. The system makes a directory of people who are expert in solving issues
regarding product development. Thus, the directory simplifies the calling procedure of experts in
need.
3 Benefits of Ask me knowledge sharing system
There are several benefits of deploying knowledge sharing system in P&G Some of them
are as follows:
It provides integration of user interface and provides solution which are best for company
(Li and et.al., 2014).
Solution given by AskMe knowledge sharing system are customized and according to
structure of the company.

rating, FAQs, friendly answers etc.
Conclusion
Summing up the above report it can be conclude that AskMe knowledge sharing system
is very much advantageous for the P&G organisation. It is helping people to ask question about
