It is abstracted that the communication plays a major role in sharing the information
within the organisation. To maintain the coordination between the employees and share the
business related thoughts, the business communication is required. There are general theories
based on business communication to carry out the process. With the reference of case study
provided, there are certain barriers which hinders the students to join the campus. To overcome
those barriers the strategies & methods are mentioned which can help the university and student
to rejoin the college.

Introduction
Business communication is a tool used by enterprise and companies to verbalise or
transfer the information to people within the organisation or outside of the company. It is a
framework used to reduce the errors, misunderstanding and to enhance the working practices.
This also builds effective co-ordination between people(Chen, Davison and Ou,2020).The
sharing of business related task or engaging with enterprise's parties or people is termed as
business communication. It is a medium used to exchange the thoughts with masses and plays a
major role in enterprise for decision making and motivating employees by clarifying them about
their task. The communication can be in the written or oral form. This must be in a formal or
informal manner. The substance considers information, opinion, perceptions and symbols which
are conveyed either with or without aim(Qian and Pan,2019).

There are various possibility of administration to explicate the procedure and as well as
behaviour structure in an organisation. There are three assorted types of organizational theory:
Classical Organization Theory, Neoclassical Organizational Theory, and Modern Organizational
Theory. The theories are explained below:
Classical Theory:This is also known as traditional theory. The main focus of this belief
is on the organisation instead of the employees working there. Its principal aim is to
discover the errors and to furnish them once they have been committed. In this concept,
the enterprise is considered as machine and the employees are different elements of the
organisation. The different writers have different perspective regarding this theory some
of them have given importance to topmost level management and few at lower level of
organisation, due to which the theory is broadly categorised in two parts: Scientific
management and Administrative management.
