3.2 Concerns of the Project Team

4.5 Project Review Process
After the project is completed, the project report and finance records will be handed over
to the company director. He will conduct a detailed review of the project and will provided
feedbacks accordingly. If there are certain issues like over-budget, there may be certain penalties
for the project manager.
4.6 Lessons Learnt
From this project, significant lessons have been learnt regarding various theories and
applications of project management tools and techniques in the project. Moreover, traditional
project management techniques have been implemented in an overseas trip project that has
further provided experience in application of traditional project management models in daily life

projects. The project has also given the opportunity to develop leadership skills along with team
management and development of team bonding, coordination and others. This will be valuable
