Overstock.com is an online retailer and they sell goods with discount via e-commerce

promote their business. Therefore, they use mail campaign to reach the target market that is a big
success of their web marketing. Development of the workforce by recruiting Java developers
they are able to understand the consumer activity to their products, which is helpful for them to
understand the consumer needs. This organization achieves success by integrating its customer
service via several multi-channel approaches. One of the major failures is the rebranding and its
overstock. This affects the customer base of the company.. Their new ERP system fails to obtain
the shipping information, which is also another reason of their failure in web marketing.
Success and failure of Netflix
Web marketing brings success for the Netflix, as they are able to identify their target
market via this online marketing. This organization tracks their users and provides online video
based on their demand (Barrons.com 2017). By creating a teaser campaign, they introduce their
new products through web marketing. Their web marketing strategy enables them to make them
unique from their competitors as they have largest streaming library. However, by providing
relatable and relevant content this organization has achieved success by establishing strong
customer base. High price of Netflix affected their customer loyalty that is their major drawback

and Qwikster, which also affected their business.
