a) I gather feedback from participant who involves in construction project where they have high moral
during offering their involvement in project work. They quite excited for the executing construction project
but demotivate when faces various conflict and barriers. Purpose of the project lead gives confidence to
participant for offering proper involvement in communication strategy.
b) I feel confident during executing construction project because it is a way to reduce unemployment across
the world and improve their livelihood. The presentation was received good. It has proper alignment and
each task was well-defined, so it became easy for me to understand presentation purpose and goal.
Presentation was helpful for me to understand project concept and communication barriers etc. based on the
presentation I communicated member and public about project strategy which leads effectiveness in people
understanding.
