can have a very high impact on the revenue and productivity of the company. The legal factor
has affected the company as well as its decision making. After the analysis it can be seen that
the social factors of are very helpful for the company as they help in betterment and
development of the society but the legal factors can impact the company as due to this the
performance and productivity of the company can suffer, it can be only solved by proving the
employees with an increase in the wages (Gatti, Aquilani, Ruggieri, & Silvestri, 2017).
There are various risks to the company as well, one of the main risks of the company
is that people are losing trust in the company, and in order to succeed it is important to build
trust of people as the company works with the help of donations which are provided by the
people, with no trust over the organization , the people will stop donating amount to the
company as people nowadays believe that the donations are not used for the right purpose
and their money is being misused, apart from this, the company is always looking forward
towards donations from the people in order to make the business work and this is one of a
major drawback and risk as the company should mainly focus on the development of the
society rather than just earning money through donations, the third risk is that the company

difficult to solve (Pelling, 2011).
They should focus on problems that can be solved easily and does not need much
