INTRODUCTION
Oxfam is consideration of 19th independent charitable organizations which mainly focused
on the alleviation of global poverty. It is based on the non-profit group with collection of
different operations and functions.
The report will discuss about the effectiveness of work and organizations at Oxfam, how
they will make an effective plan for achieving the significant goals.
MAIN BODY
The organizational effectiveness in Oxfam is dynamic, integrate and visionary bunch who
always support for business international to deliver OE strategy within organization (Morgan and
Stewart, 2019). The organization is mainly looking for head of organization effectiveness to take
function and move next level of development. Oxfam is committed to prevent any type of
unwanted behaviour at workplace. It expects all volunteers, staff to share their commitment
through code of conducts.
The organizations have specific vision means focus on the complex challenges in volatile
world. There are 2-billion people face problem due to poverty. Inequality is another issue for
increasing in poor and rich part across the world (Brill and Wallace, 2019). people are living in
the world that has sufficient resources, knowledge to resolve problem, yet our leaders struggle to
find the political courage to handle issues in proper manner. Oxfam has been established the
network with consumers, citizens, communities, procedures, consumers and social movement
who will change demand from government’s and institutions (Morgan and Stewart, 2019).
Sometimes, organization is also shifting towards political and enterprise incentives through make
decision as per consumer choice (Morgan and Stewart, 2019). Afterwards, Oxfam will work with
other people and help them to build an effective relationship with people. it will try to resolve
their problem and issues. Oxfam always try to make an effective business strategic plan to
engage with other enterprise such as agriculture, extraction and finance.

Globalization is a term that mainly used to describe variety of cultural, social, political
and economic changes within non-profit organizations. It become complex and multifaceted
phenomenon. In another way, it is to be considered in the form of capitalist expansion that enable
to integrate with national, local economic in global marketplace. Sometimes, it is equally relating
to political phenomenon (Majak, 2019). The primary goal of Oxfam is to understand the

complex process provide guarantee human rights and development. it become obvious things
when globalization increases business performance and efficiency.
Governance, Culture and Leadership
The organization will be pursued in different countries across the world. In particularly, it
focused on supporting youth generation, women in terms of social power. Afterwards, it will be
organised the society by government and also assuming restrictive law which deny political
rights. The capacity of social organizations to self-organise around the priorities of poor people
in both urban and rural settings (Malueth, 2019). Working with women and youth in organization
that support for creating a healthy environment while expressing their own positive expression
towards business. The government has followed policy making process which always
encouraging women and indigenous people to influence in decision making process. It also
promotes the social accountability tool such as recording government income and monitor
expenditure to influence public decision. It should be required for enhancing relevant policies for
maintaining overall culture within organization (Morgan and Stewart, 2019).
On the other hand, implementing gender policy which is necessary for organizational
transformation and difficulty to hand consistent leadership. Oxfam is constantly celebrating the
work and at same time, it has found lot of gain by owing reflecting on success or failure in goals
achievement. This is the biggest issues in social organization at large scale. It has transformed
organizational culture to become friendly environment (Morgan and Stewart, 2019). Moreover, it
will help for maintaining balance between work demands and responsibilities to achieve
desirable objectives. More progressive central government’s, these are performing an effective
international body and also socially responsible to improve power of people as per demand of
basic rights. Sometimes, it turns into the trend of inequality which will create own solution
together.
While creating the political that will need change among people within organization,
alliances working together across poor as well as rich countries. Oxfam is to protect the political
space for employee movements, which is increasing threat around global world. Power and
politics are important concept that undeniable facets of organization in both positive as well as
negative (O’Sullivan, 2019). It is becoming important factor within organization to understand
ability of Oxfam where they can create innovative idea for providing the better services. In order

addressing cause of poverty on the basis of globally, locally or nationally (Pickering-Saqqa,
2019). In Oxfam, Staff members work at fundamental level to save lives in human due to crisis.
Simultaneously, it is linking with the location action which become crucial part in terms of
campaigning. In order to support practice and policies for improving overall business culture or
environment. team and group are made up strategic plan to reinforce people ‘s rights, Especially
women rights,
Individual level: Motivation and Job design
Oxfam’s supporting the work environment that always motivates staff members, which is
the most important thing in the business development. The motivated staff members to put more
efforts to do well. It is likely to face challenges in the organization. By using psychological
theory of motivation, Oxfam is designed the job in systematic manner to identify the purpose of
task allocation to specific group or individuals (Prakash, 2019). It can be considered the core
important characteristics of job design such as autonomy, skill variety, significant, feedback and
identity.
These are most common skills which mainly refers to range of abilities which needed to
perform job. Motivation of employee will increase if team member is using different skills for
particular position (Vonk, 2019). Staff members motivation is likely to complete task if they can
