In today's world there is the major change in the business organisations with the rapid
updating and transforming in the technologies. The businesses are driven by the new
technologies in each and every factor whether it is a financial or operational activity the
companies are transforming their business models and processes and the customer relationship
with the digital disruptions by the new technologies and bring in the market of business
environment (Akerkar, 2019). Challenges that my organisation is facing in the recent era of
business are the how to deal with the lots of information and big data available. To the expansion
of organisation the company also facing the challenges in the supply chain strategies in order to
ensure the low cost, minimum risk and maximum profit. Cyber security threat is also major
challenge for my organisation in order to ensure that the data of the clients or the customers are
protected. Organisation is also facing the problem in maintaining the large size of the diverse
culture and in regard of which developing and adapting a strategy to make sure that employee
work cycle balance is maintained. Therefore, amazing development in every aspect of the
technology and innovation has completely transformed the working nature and environment of
the business and its people. Therefore in order to mitigate the challenges regarding the supply
chain complexity, cyber security, financial complexity, maintaining big data information or
employees and customers relationship does become necessary for the organisations to adapt right
system and technology that will help the company in becoming effective, efficient and
productive. Therefore, I have decided to understand and gain knowledge about the artificial
intelligence for the mitigating the organisational challenges for which I have enrolled myself in
the Oxford executive diploma in artificial intelligence for the business.
Artificial intelligence is known as the outstanding intelligence demonstration to through
which the human intelligence is stimulated in the machines that are programmed and coded to
think and act likes the humans or to mimic their actions (Wright and Schultz, 2018). With this
diploma as a leader I will be able to understand tools that will help me in integrating the artificial

intelligence into the overall strategy of my organisation. This diploma course will combine the
cutting-edge of academic learning related to the artificial intelligence with the practical
knowledge regarding the frontline knowledge about the impact of AI in business. Best minded
global professionals and University researchers for this executive Oxford artificial intelligence
diploma I will be able to learn how to lead in the development, implementation and the running
of an artificial intelligence system in my business organisation for productivity and profitability.
The diploma will address the developing growth strategies using the artificial intelligence that
would generate the value of the organisation. During, Practical learning of the artificial
intelligence the module will help me in developing the various strategies using the artificial
intelligence systems that will drive the growth and help me in managing and governing the large
amount of data into the machine learning modelling project. The module will also make me learn
how the artificial intelligence will change the functions of the operations, finance, marketing and
other sectors of the organisation for the betterment of my organisation (Skilton and Hovsepian,
2017). Hence, diploma of Artificial intelligence will help me in addressing each and every
challenge that my organization is facing and their solutions that will help in mitigating the
challenges.
What are your main achievements in your current position and what were your reasons for taking
this position
In my organisation from last 5 years my position is of “IT analyst and developer”. For this
diploma an applicant is required to have the experience of at least 5 years as a professional in the
organisation. The achievements that I have acquired at my current position are:
 My IT analyst efficiency has provided my organisation various strategic inputs regarding
the marketing and communication plans that were digitally organised successful
marketing campaign which help the organisation in gaining increment of 20% sale in that
particular year.
 I have developed the latest technology security system in an organisation with my
research and analytical skills which made me achieve best IT analyst and developer of
year.
 I have gained 5 years of experience in analysing the various new and latest information
technologies and software’s related to the business.

 I have developed proficiency in multiple programming languages like CSS, HTML,
JavaScript and SQL.
 I have created various prototypes and will think proves regarding the concept that
supports forecasting operating tactics and strategic decision making in an organisation.
 Achieve the deep understanding relate to the technical requirements analytical tools and
techniques and the business implications related to the financial service using the various
digital it software’s and customer experience analytics (Di Vaio and et. al., 2020).
I have done my secondary academic education in the science background with additional
subject computer science because of which I developed a keen interest in the field of information
technology therefore I completed my graduation in the higher education as a data analytics and
IT business analysis. I always wanted to work in a corporate business environment in the IT
sector which drives me towards becoming an IT analyst and developer. I was very good in
programming and coding skills along with that I was having a keen knowledge about various
latest and traditional technologies and their usage and implications. This is the reason behind my
current position as a “business IT analyst and developer’ in an organisation. I choose this
profession as my career choice for lifelong in order to gain the highest knowledge and
understanding in the field of business IT technology and software development (Castelluccio,
2017).
How will your background enhance the diversity of your Diploma class, and how will the
programme benefit your sector/country/region in the long-term
The class of Oxford executive diploma in the artificial intelligence for business creates a network
for the lifelong value as it is highly diversified international senior class. The class’s maximum
strength is of 31 people with the age group of 40 from 14 different nationalities with 11
employment sectors among which 45% of the applicants of the female.
When working and learning with the people of different variety of backgrounds and cultures
which make a classroom diverse help the students of the class in gaining the comprehensive
understanding about the different subject matters and also enhance the students strengths and the
point of view to contribute in a diverse working environment and how to operate the business
globally with the various kind of diverse cultures (Soni and et. al., 2020). As I belong from
Jersey and my background in the academic knowledge is a science background in the field of a
business environment which will creator diversification in the diploma class. Background will

enhance the diversity of diploma class as I possess the knowledge about business and its
strategies along with that I have a keen understanding about the various it programming
languages, tools and techniques and software’s. My two different backgrounds one in computer
science and another in the business bring two different kinds of knowledge base in the diploma
class which will enhance the knowledge and understanding of the other students in other subjects
too (Carter, 2018).
This programme of executive diploma in artificial intelligence for business will benefit the
business organisation globally in order to understand the implications that are beneficial for the
business organisation to operate globally thereby increasing the economy of the world. The
program will help me in understanding and taking the masters in the applications of artificial
intelligence in business for the long term and translatable career advantage. The artificial
intelligence will benefit the whole country in building the global professional network between
the various industries. The program has taken an initiative to create the multiplication of artificial
intelligence with the sustainable development goals which will help the nation in creating an
advantage to support and advance the growth of sustainable development goals in the United
Nations. The Nations policy makers and the government in operating the country within the
sustainable development space undertake the SDGs model effectively there by identifying the
global problems that you are artificial intelligence applications may help in solving and
recommending the most advanced tool and techniques that creates the most successful outcomes
for the Nation’s economy (Kitsios and Kamariotou, 2021).

It is concluded from the above reflection over the diploma course on artificial intelligence in
business will be really beneficial for me in developing my understanding and knowledge about
the artificial intelligence and its applications that will provide me a incomputable career
advantage and also so help me in gaining the post graduation qualification from Oxford without
giving up my work. The artificial intelligence will easy functioning of a business organisation
and also provide me the practical solutions to address artificial intelligence in my organisation
thereby mitigating the digital disruptions and challenges of my organisation. The diploma course
