Executive summary
OZES management team includes the management of OZES which have the electric supply a
young business and this distributes the electric equipment in Australia. This OZES have the
normal employees which are called as broker the duties of the broker is to sell and buy
equipment which is based on electrical only as this OZES is based on electrical supplies’
only. Here the platform for buying and selling of the electrical equipment is the online
platform and the website they are using is the Gumtree and eBay and the site which wants to
be selected is done by the broker so that they can increase the sale of the electrical item.
There is a broker who stores the data in the form of database, manual file record or through a
spreadsheet. The broker has the data to which there are competitive advantages to OZES.
Now here the profit is around 20%-40% which is less, therefore, the organization is planning
for hiring the full-time broker so that they can give the base salary to the broker and the profit
of the sold item, the profit which was given to broker will be 2.5% of the profit. For the rapid
growth, there is the ability to analyse the data for gaining the benefit for the sale. Here there
are second-hand electrical equipment sales so that the profit will be more. Here for
promotion, the broker placed the advertisement to which customer will respond or will
approach the broker. There is broker ID gives that the organization will have profit will be
share to the broker who actually owns it. OZES needs information which is stored in the
details of the customers. In this, the detail includes the email, phone number, address or name
of the customer. The customer will fill the broker id or the broker name from which he has
come to purchase the items. When the items are deposit to the OZES then it is checked
completely that it is working properly or not once the item is checked then the item is logged
off and then finally it will be placed in the storage of the OZES. There will be two staff
present in the store one will pack and the other will be sent the item. The item is tracked until
the item will receive by the customer. There is a broker who stores the data in the form of

This is also the part of SDLC which have the process to start the simple implementation
which has small sets of the software requirement. The complete system is implemented just
part and there are small frames which consist of large but the agile work on the small frames

which repeats the process (Özge, 2019).
