The development of the business plan to grow the small family business of Ozhouse Clean on a
large scale has been shown below:
Executive Summary: Ozhouse Clean is a small business which is family based in Melbourne
established in 2005 by James and Nancy Anderson working as director of the company to
provide high-quality cleaning services for both houses and offices on a regular basis or
occasionally.

demanding company or business to provide cleaning services for both residential and
commercial purpose by exceeding the expectations of clients.

year after introducing a new plan and 10% afterwards. The total revenue of the company for the
year 2017 is $360,000 and a gross profit of $40,000.
