Body of the essay
Main idea of conducting this essay is to highlight the issues which are faced while
converting youths in responsible adults. Pacific youth development framework consists of four
frameworks which are centred development sectors like education, environment, government,
health and governance. These policies are well developed and focused by young generation. The
scholars have found that youngsters have actively accessed these programs but they still lack
command over these services due to several vulnerabilities and discrimination (Camino, 2010).
These situations have seemed to be more critical and difficult for them as pressure from global
economic crises has increased. This has adversely affected young people specially women,
young people who have dropped their studies and are not yet employed.

Another major issue is that young generation of different countries and territories are
distracting from their aims and objectives and therefore they are not able to focus on leadership
opportunities to make them as responsible citizen of the country (Edelman and et.al., 2014).
According to the state of Pacific youth report, very little changes are seen among youngsters.
Some of them have focused on accessing the health and education services but major of them are
not able to access these services properly. The main aim of gathering people of different
countries and territories is to determine the problems in service delivery to provide information
to national administration they have to make effective plans which helps youngsters to focus
more on their objectives and goals.
According to Peckham,
Disabilities and lack of opportunities is another major issue which discourages
youngsters and forces them to take opportunities of the life. Youngsters which are disable and
physically handicap always face discrimination in every field that is in education, health and job
sector. They are denied by the people to access the opportunities and services which are made for
physically fit people. For example, people which are disabled are discarded and ignored by well
developed companies and other firms. They are not treated properly and discriminated at every
stage. According to Groce, (2015), disable people have also full rights to access health and
eduction, employment services without any depression and discrimination. They have also right
to access all the opportunities which are made for healthy people.
Another important issue in misleading young generation is western culture and bas effect
of social media websites. Traditional values and culture are disappearing very rapidly which has
distracted them to lead the nation and become responsible citizen (Hallett and et.al., 2015).
Youngsters are more focusing in developing themselves as another personality by following new
and irrelevant trends of other countries. They are not involving themselves in making important
decisions of the country which are adversely affecting their lives. For example, youngsters are
not involving government voting system and development policies due to which political parties
are making the decisions by their own which is directly affecting lives of youngsters and
common people (Kram and Isabella, 2013). Their wrong decisions for education and career has
increased pressure and stress on them as they are meeting employment related opportunities
effectively.

Solution of distraction of youngsters from their aims and objectives can be made by
making effective policies like scholarships, rewards etc. by the government. This will encourage
them to use all the facilities effectively and lead the life.
Furthermore, disabled youngsters can be given special reservation in never field which
reduces their problems and helps them to present their talent in front of people (Mohamed and
Wheeler, 2012). All the companies and physically fit people have to give respect to them and
provide equal chance to them which encourages them to lead their life in better ways.
Communication gap and time management skills can be developed when they must be
given guidance from experts and teachers. This will help them to prioritize their task and achieve
them before time. Further, they can motivate themselves in performing better and increase their
speed by practising the task many times (O’Donoghue and Kirshner, 2014). This will help them
to achieve their target and help them to make themselves as mature and responsible adult of the
country.

them.

age group as same before implementing changes in the society. This will lead them to failure and
do not achieve desired results.

all the rules and regulation while implementing new strategies which helps in bringing change in

websites and following wrong trends and fashion of the world (Mitra, 2014).
