The contribution of human resource management in Paddington Court Hotel's success
As per the view of Mayhew R. (2019), human resource management make an effective
contribution in success of a company by hiring skilled workforce and formulating effective plans

or policies so that business of the firm can operate in more efficient or systematic manner
(Jaiswal and Dhar, 2017). By offering training and development sessions to employees, it make
contribution in improving the knowledge and skills so that they can perform in effective manner
of work for the growth of organisation.
The problem which Paddington Court Hotel face while managing human resource
According to Maharjan P. (2018), there are several problems that are faced by a
company during the time of managing human resource. The main problem is workforce
diversity because in a company there are number of people who belong from different culture
and religion, use different languages and have different personality or backgrounds (Kordić and
Milićević, 2018). This create unfavourable influence in term of bullying, harassment,
discrimination and many more. These problems are not managed by human resource in effective
manner.
The approaches that company can apply to overcome those issues
Accordant to Leonard K. (2019), there are different strategies and approaches that can be
used by a company to get over the problem of workplace diversity, discrimination, harassment
and many that faced by a firm and suffer problem to manage them. By implementing different
plan of action and approaches like highlighting personal uniqueness, framing and improving
policies adhering to organisation goals and communicate diversity polices within the firm so that
the employees aware with them (Ladkin, 2018). By offering workplace flexibility, different
opportunity for employee involvement and by creating mentorship programs, the administration
can overcome these issues.
