INTRODUCTION
In order to manage a business organisation, it is significant that different strategies as
well as policies are initiated so that productive amount of variations is engaged through which
long term development are evoked with full perfection. It is essential for a business organisation
to fulfil both long as well as short term goals in a successful manner. The concept of talent
management is described as a procedure of managing and maintaining human resource of a
company in order to achieve all targets and enhancement in the overall performance of an
organisation (Farndale and et.al, 2021). It is indulged with evaluating the basic need for human
resource and in accordance with that hiring right individual at right period of time and for the
correct position. The below report is based on Pall-ex group Ltd. It is a small-scale business
organisation which was founded in the year 1996. The company is involved in international
freight transportation by road as well as handling cargo for all land transport activities. The
report involves aims and objectives, small-scale research, findings and reflection.

To understand the concept of talent-management.
To analyse several challenges faced by a company in implementing efficient practices of
talent management.
To develop appropriate strategies to deal with challenges that are taking place in talent
management for both retention and employee satisfaction.
The main reason behind initiating this study is to examine numerous talent-management
strategies which are implemented by the company in order to build up the level of satisfaction
and retention. Besides this, it also deal with different challenges that are linked with this concept.

It helps a research worker in both professional as well as personal relation. While assessing
professional relation, it helps in retaining at workplace in which researcher will perform their
job.
Time: - It refers to the total time which is taken by the researcher to accomplish the
project objectives. It is important to attain accurate time so that there is no delay in
conducting the research.
Risk: - In every project, there is some sort of risks that might occur while carrying out the
project to affect the quality that leads to barrier. There are many risks associated with this
project like wrong cost estimation and so on.
Quality: - It is connected with results that are attained during the completion of project. It

Communication factor: - It is one of the most important elements that derive to help in
implementing effective communication so that proper coordination can be done and all
outcomes can be achieved in an efficient way.
Scope: - The scope of the project is to determine all goals and objectives that need to be

It is defined as an analysis of overall data on specific topic and is also engaged with
evaluation of current information in order to determine several theories and methods. It involves
comprehensive research in terms of earlier one.

procedure of attaining right talented people and helping them to grow as per their capabilities. It
is involved with different talent gaps and on-boarding essential candidates. They are grown with

is provided. The process of talent-management is acquired six elements and these are planning,
attracting, selecting, enhancing, retaining and transitioning (Situmorang, Thamrin and Nadjib,
2021). In context with the model of talent management, the four elements which are engaged
with this are assess, acquire, deploy and develop. All employees who are talented enough helps a

management ends up and create an impact on their business procedure.

is important that companies are providing efficient chances to workers in order to learn new

several strategies which a business can apply in order to face such challenges. The first most
important thing is to identify objectives and which specific talent is required. Besides this, all
short as well as long term goals should be identified. Another strategy which should be applied is
to create healthy work environment (Easterby-Smith and et.al, 2021). Companies must ensure
that all employees are working in a safe and positive work environment. Through this, if any
challenges occur in the business, then it can be solved by working together. By providing
monetary as well as non-monetary advantages help in keeping all the workers satisfied.

probability method. In accordance with the current research study, the way of random
sampling is used. So, in context with these 30 responders who are the workers of Pall-ex
group is chosen. It was done because workers have good knowledge about all the policies
of company and can also offer better information.
Data analysis: - It is described as a method which is used by a researcher in order to
examine and evaluate complete data which is gathered with the help of both primary and
second methods (Hawkins, 2021). It is engaged with several types like thematic and
frequency distribution analysis. As per the current study, the analysis of frequency
distribution is more appropriate.
Conduct primary and secondary research by using effective methods for a research project that
considers access, ethical issues and costs
Cost: - It is significant for a researcher to set up the budget so that accurate resources are
being available when activities are initiated. It is evaluated that to conduct the current
study, researcher needs £800 as it helps in initiating all activities within the set time

from all workers and it is significant to have access and granted permission from

remaining 7 people perceive that it leads to low employee turnover.
