INTROCTION
Here we are going to do palliative care stimulation which means doing palliative health-
care by amusing real world situation to get proper knowledge of palliative care. Palliative care
basically is techniques use by family, nurses and doctors for patient pain relief during the worst
situation of life threatening diseases, giving emotional, physical support for improving stander of
life for time left in patient life.
Stimulation1:
We need to make effective care plan by concerning all the health problems of patient
(Kirkpatrick, 2018). Then we have to assist his daughter about the care plane so that she can take
care of medications timer, diet plane, exercises, hygiene with ADLs.

Stimulation 2:
As the patient is suffering from cancer we need to provide patient as well as her family
emotional, health care and physical pain relief , for that we have to do palliative centred care for
patient and her family with full respect and dignity by concerning the problems and needs of
patient and family (Lippe and et. al 2018).
Care plane
We can use air freshener to keep atmosphere workable and should not show bad feeling.
 Give emotional support by good and polite behaviour with the help of family.
 give emotional support to the family as well.
 Give health care support to the patient because treatment is no more effect but it is right
of every one to die with dignity and without pain.
 Help family to spend quality of time with patient to spend some happy moments.
Stimulation 3:
As I am not experienced and dealing with this situation first time, so I have to handle this
situation with the experienced staff, I should do this care procedure of death person with respect
and reganity by supporting the family of patient, care after death is done by following some
policies,

 we should do the care of death body according the wises of patient before and after death.
 If we don’t no then we have ask patient family about the patient desire (Nunes, and
Harder, 2019).
 Wishes of patient should be mansion on care plan.

 done by taking care of infections so for that we have to wear aprons and gloves.

 Closing the eyes and mouth, clean the body, tie hire, everything should be done on the
basis of patient wishes.
Stimulation 4:
Yes its true that if some one die, especially if we have been taking care of that person for
a while it really harts because we get quit attached to that patient, or even if we are not attached,
but we live with that person and even if we know him from some time the death of that person
will definitely harts (Lee and et al, 2020). And as we are taking care of that patient and family of
it for a while so family also get attached to us and after the death family need sport by us to get
overcome from that pain of losing love-one. So that all staff have to take care of resident and help
them to get emotionally strong.
CONCLUSION
Overall study conclude that the most important thing which has to be involve in every health care
plan is respect and loyalty for patient and their family, fulfilment of every needs of patient that
means life and living of individual should be good and happy, rather then long.
