Chapter 5: Conclusion, Recommendation and Reflection
Conclusion
From the above research it is analysed that Covid-19 make a direct impact on the
workforce transformation. To stay competitive within the market, it is improvisation to work and
make systematic growth in different sectors such as technology. Furthermore, it is analysed that
workforce transformation is rapidly different than the other workers and make a corporate office
design to adopt the change and meet everyone needs in an appropriate ways. It is analysed that
the use of influencing global pandemic make rise on the data and achieve workforce
transformation. This research report determined the new concepts of workforce transformation,
impact on pandemic over the company's workforce and different strategies that would be helpful;
for the company to work and accelerating the new transformation.
Reflection
From the above research study, I have analysed that I gained different skills and
knowledge about the ideas and concepts to work in an effective ways. Furthermore, I have
developed different skills and knowledge about the research methodology. These are useful for
me to collect the data and interpretative in different ways. All of these are generally influence the
ways and choose right methods for collecting sources and achieve appropriate concepts. It will
be considered for supportive major changes that are associated to the growth and global
pandemic measures in different ways.
Alternative research methodologies
A researcher is using questionnaire and interview and literature review survey within
current research to collect reliable and valid data. This helps in completing in depth knowledge
about a present topic (Tramontano, Grant, and Clarke, 2021). But if researcher wants to do
alteration, then they can use case study which is collected through analysis case studies of the
given topic and then it is presented in front of audience.
Recommendation
It is recommended to the company that they should more focus on digital transformations
at workplace. They should keep providing remote working to the employees in order to be safe
from any type of disease. Further, they should listen to the employees needs and demand and
take feedbacks also after implementation of new process. This develops motivation among

employees and resulting in retaining employees for longer time period. In addition, they should
provide training to the employees for new implementation in business process.
Recommended actions for future improvement
This topic is helpful in future for the growth of organisational. Within present research,
researcher is using primary and secondary method both to collect data and information. They
have used questionnaire surveys and interview within current research. But this might sometimes
fails. So, for the further research, researcher is using case study to analyse and collect data in
effective manner (Mirzaian, and Franson, 2021). Further, within current research, researcher has
faced issue of time management but for that researcher is using Gantt chart in order to complete
this research on given time period.
