Research Methodology
Research methodology are the techniques and procedures that are used to identify, select,
process, and analyse information about a topic. It helps the researcher to compete the research in
an effective manner. The researcher is able to prove the research as valid and reliable. The use of
right techniques must be used by the researcher in order to achieve fair results:
Research Type: Qualitative and quantitative are the two types of research. It is seen that
in quantitative the research is done on the basis of numerical figures, statistical data. This helps
to form graphs and represent them. On the other side qualitative in which there is no use of data.
Under qualitative there is use of information in order to analyse the data (Nayak and Singh,
2021). In this research quantitative data will be used so that data can be analysed in an effective
manner.
Research approach: There are two type of research approach that is inductive and
deductive. The focus of inductive approach is on developing a theory. In deductive approach the
already existing theory is being tested by the researcher. The use of inductive research is being
done in this report.
Research philosophy: Interpretivism philosophy is based on principle that researcher
performs a specific role in observing the social world. Positivism is use to gain factual
knowledge that is gained through observation. The role of researcher is limited in this approach.
Interpretivism research is being used to conduct this study.
Data collection: There are two ways of collecting the data. The first is primary data
collection. First hand data is being used and collected the researcher. Secondary data is collected
through already published articles, journals, newspapers, books etc. In this research primary data
is used to collect the data from the employee of the organisation (Kumar, 2018). It will help to
analyse the situation and know about the point of view of the employees. Literature review is
also done as a source of secondary data.

Data analysis: It is important to analyse the data that is collected. There will use of bar
graphs and pie chart to analyse the information and data. It will help to analyse the situation in an
effective manner.
Ethics: It is necessary to conduct the research by using all the moral principles and
values. It is analysed that giving credit to the author is important. At the same time it is analysed
that using the data in a fair manner it also important. Using right channel for information that is
authentic will help the researcher to get good results. It helps to get the research completed in an
effective manner.
Validity and reliability: It is important for researcher to use valid information. The use
of authentic information plays a key role.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded that bringing transformation in the organisation is not an any task. It is
necessary to note that there is requirement of bringing changes due to pandemic situation. In this
