This article helps to understand the concept of global citizenship and its impact on the
nationalists as well. The global citizen trend has been growing in the past few years, which helps
to understand the impact of globalization on people from different countries so far. Global
citizenship is a social identity which incorporates both selfish and selfless values in an
individual. Some people are only concern about the issues affecting countries globally, and some
are driven by their selfish desires (The conversation, 2017).
A survey has been conducted to 85,000 adults from 60 different countries who identified
themselves as global citizens. The outcomes of the study help to evaluate that global citizens
love to identify themselves as an active part of their native nation which helps to understand the
nationalism still alive in people from all over the world as well. 82.57% global citizens
responded that they still see themselves as a part of their country, 14.05% people agreed, and
only 2.47% of global citizens disagree on identifying them as a part of their country. From
people from 60 countries, 74.25% of people responded positively about their nationality, 20.37%
of people were entirely, and 4.09% of people disagreed, and 1.29% of people profoundly
disagreed as well (The conversation, 2017).
This outcome helps to understand that people are proud of their nationality as well. The article
provides full information about the globalism trend among all the people around the world. It
also helps to understand that besides this globalism trend, people still love to identify as their
nationality, which will be a positive sign to the nationalism of the people around the world.

A survey which has been conducted by PwC recently helps to understand that millennials want
to work with those companies only which would reflect values as their own. In this survey, 86%
millennials would be not ready with those employers whose corporate responsibilities will not be
able to meet with the expectations of their own as an employee. It helps to identify that young
millennials will not only looking for good orgnaiaoitns and profiles, but they will also be looking
for their satisfaction while working there.
It will make it very clear that the employer must consider effective solutions for sustainability,
gender equality as well to make the employees stay with the orgnaiaiotn for the longer run. It
will be helpful to the employees to increase their productivity because a purpose-led business
will be helpful to motivate and encourage them. It will help the employees to actively participate
in the work if they are well aware of the purposes of the organization. Millennials are not only
concern about their job roles, but they have also been thinking big.
The employers must be incorporate these factors in order to stay the employees for a longer run
in the organisation as well. millennials have been developing a purpose driving attitude now. A
healthy workforce will be the biggest asset to the companies. It makes it very important that the
workforces and organization must share a common vision and goals. It will be very motivating to
the employees if they understand that they have been contributing to some good causes while
working in the organization, it will motivate them on a huge level as well.

The uses of artificial intelligence have been getting increased in the past few years in every
industry. This technology will seem very helpful to human and their works. According to the
survey conducted on 350 artificial intelligence researchers, the 50 per cent machines will be able
to perform all human tasks in the next 45 years. All human jobs will be connected to the
automated technology by next upcoming 120 years as well, which will help to understand that
this can cause some difficulties to the human workforces in future as well. It will be helpful that
with researchers will be getting aware of the danger in future (New Scientist, 2017).
Artificial intelligence will be performing many of the human tasks as well. The most part of the
survey has been focused on the cognitive aspects of artificial intelligence. It helps to understand
that machines can overpower human intelligence, which could create some problems in the near
future for humans as well. On the other hand, some evidence will be helpful to artificial analysis
intelligence will work best when it works with human-like versatility. The survey explains the
best possible situations and threats which could raise by the overpowering artificial intelligence
as well (New Scientist, 2017).
