other service organisation need to come up with more creative and better business ideas that
could only be possible through more efficient and better use of technology. Park Plaza Hotel
London is a famous hotel situated at London, UK that is providing a range of accommodation
and other services to its customers. This organisation is making use of technology to have more
efficient business operations that includes providing a more convenient and seamless experience
to its customers together with improved communication that ensures better interaction and
retention of customers for a longer period. Thus, the current research work is based on Park
Plaza Hotel London in order to get better understanding abut current research topic i.e. to
evaluate about the impact of technological development on business success of an organisation.

taking of review of participants for attaining the objective through Questionnaires.
Sampling Size:For this research the sampling size of scrutinizing taking 30 respondent
from the workforce of the Park Plaza Hotel from London by analyzing the respondent behavior
in regards of objective of research through the survey of questionnaire which has conducted from
quantitative research and primary sources of data(Goh, and Lee., 2018).

which are related through research topic by which it gathered and investigate the respondent
reviews. The questionnaire used for current research work to collect information from selected
30 respondents from employees of Park Plaza Hotel is provided at the end of this research
project in appendix.
