supreme in nature which makes legislative bodies act within their power. United Kingdom’s

soverignity has been developed from the time of battles and civil war which has taken place
within United Kingdom that has lead towards development of Parliament which includes house

which took place in 1640 brought lot of changes in various processes of United Kingdom vate

harmony within society by dealing with those factors which affects society. Also it has at times
managed to heal the divisions which were so painfully exposed in the two World Wars in the
Twentieth Century. This makes development done over making promotion with peace possible
that makes different co-operations done with more effectiveness. It makes different countries
develop trust over United Kingdom. EU through this made UK attain goodwill at international
level (McCrudden and Halberstam, 2017). Legal and human rights: European Union has
contributed towards human rights and various legal aspects related to it. In this EU promoted
process which has made international law implication done in more effective manner. This lead
towards formation of Human Rights acts in UK. Prospect of membership: It has modernized
laws and various other processes in UK this has made development done in more organized
manner. In this different privileges is been attained by them. It makes legislation developed over
rights and duties for encouraging individual’s protection. Increased Trade: EU has lead over
developing of advantages upon attaining of competitive advantage within market. Increased
Inward Investment: In this great stability is been developed in relation over technical assistance
and investment done over making corporate assistance which makes investment done more
towards development. EU has provided business assistance which makes corporate assistance
attained. Social Policy's and subsidies: EU has made arrangements done which is based upon
subsidies that is been provided in the form of subsidies which has created balance and helped UK
coming out from great recession. Free-movement of labour: It enables workers in east to travel
to west and gain higher incomes that can then be re-invested in business in the east (Mitchell,
2018).

operation within its policies or treaties. Also EU has helped in making UK attain stability at the

developed. EU has served UK from very long which made development of UK policies and law
framework done. Impact of BREXIT on United Kingdom BREXIT has been formed in the
year 2019 got into action on 2020. According to this EU has been separated from European
