Code of conduct are activities written for workers and set benchmarks for area of
working for an health and social organisation. There are some code of conduct which has to be
followed by workers working at health and social care organisations. This makes business

and et. al., 2016). So there are some approved practices which makes operations of organisation
valid and authentic. Some code of conduct are as under-

different activities are evaluated. Risk assessment is cornerstone which prevents any mis -
happening such as accidents and ill health at health and social organisation. At health and safety
organisation, there are different types of risk which may be high low, hence with assessment
possibilities of accidents are low. In risk assessment different aspects are evaluated such as what
can harm, how it could be eliminated and preventive actions for it. Risk assessment has to be
done experienced individuals because they have knowledge about aspects and accidents which
can arise in future (Smith, 2016 ).
Risk assessment is important because it assist in proper planning through which

different roles and responsibilities which has to played by fire warden. Apart from roles and
responsibilities there must be proper plan through which they can prepare for it and resolve
situation potentially. Some roles of fire warden while evacuation are as under-
