INTRODUCTION
Partnership plays a crucial and integral part in the execution of various operations. The
effective partnership will support the better handling of the various functions that will help in the
significant rise in the productivity. Various case studies are taken into effective consideration to
gain significant and suitable knowledge about the functionality of company. Various strategies
and models of improving partnership and different legal measures are taken into consideration.
