negative outcomes in the respective health and social care. Thus a mere analysis has been
revealed in order to determine the potential barriers among the aspects of working in
partnership. It can be said that all the health care professional has showcased their respective
diligence irrespective of their working patterns that symbolizes different aspects of
knowledge, skills, perception, approaches, attitudes, religion, culture and also designation.
Thus the collaboration among the different personnel in the social care unit has aroused
conflict regarding the organizational structures with different legislation as well as policies.
Therefore, difference in providing quality treatment to the ailing patients has been observed
as initiation of mutual conflicts as well as contradictory opinions in between the staffs took
place. In some respective cases, it has been encapsulated that a severe problem has been
aroused where the employees of the health and social care unit are not adept enough and do
not possess any king of health and social care knowledge. In this case, a huge gap concerning
the communication among the employees take place and it is considered to be a prime
drawback for working in partnership and also practice. Thus, proper trust as well as
understanding among the working partners is highly required with ample amount of
collaboration so as to lead as well as harm all the factors that are hindering all the health and
social care operations (Donnelly, 2014).
Conclusion
Thus conclusively, it can be said that working in partnership is quite important in the health
and social care organization in order to achieve successful treatment and operations to the
ailing patients. It is quite necessary for the organization to meet all the necessary goals as
they are regarded as the life saving institution for human being in United Kingdom.
