Partnership and it’s types
Partnership is considered as an approach for sharing profit and loss among partners of
the firm. Under this arrangement, for health and social care partnership works between two or
more individuals, government agencies and entities that contribute interest and gained profit as
per terms (Kerrym and Mullan, 2014). In this regard, partners communicate with each other
properly regarding providing hospital services. For example; specialists of specific diseases
distribute their work and gains income according to decided terms during operating partnership.
For health care sector, partnership is related to operating services and sharing earned profits as
per decided terms. Therefore, under this approach, doctors provide facilities in deciding values.
For example; therapist and physician will gain their profit according to number of treatments

Types of partnership:- There are different kinds of partnership can discuss as below:-
Project partnership:- It is related to time limited and remains beneficial for service provider

Teamwork is an activity to accomplish any task that influences organization’s
effectiveness. For health and social care, doctors, assistants and other hospital staff provides

performance and effective team efficiency is determined. For social care entity, teamwork is
done through contribution of social worker, occupational therapist, dietitian and community
nurse. In this regard, it is needed for supporting each other to recover patients’ diseases.
However, for providing comfort and satisfactory services to care takes, it is necessary to build
team as well enhancing its efficiency. It is determined that working in team related to
supporting all doctors, professional and staff is useful for adequate entity’s services to overcome
diseases of patients systematically.
Therefore, teamwork is useful for taking advantage of each staff’s contribution and
encouraging them for better work performance. It is interlinked with dealing to patients. It is
determined that motivated workers perform their job more effectively that affects team building
and group efficiency to improve service qualities of entity (Glasb and Dickinson, 2014).
Therefore, through effective teamwork services in health and social care implements at high
level. In this regard, patients’ comfortably and satisfaction level related to services get
impacted. In addition to this, proper teamwork is helpful for creating understanding and positive
environment of entity to increase service values. It is interrelated with health and social care
services for enhancing satisfaction level of patients as well remains useful for providing better
services to care takers as high level. Hence, it is determined that proper teamwork and effective
contribution of each staff is useful for improving services provided by firm efficiently.
