P6 Discussion about the contribution impact on the working of a team
Contribution can have positive impact on employees of the NHS. If they can work in a
team then it can effect for their work, and they can help NHS to achieve their business goals, and
they can achieve growth. Contribution can impact on the given working of team. It is imrpo09et
for the employees in the company to give contribution in the team work.
Be helpful
Employees should helpful to each other and patent as well, if any individual help others
then they will also get help from the others when needed. This can help to create relations, and
they can understand each other and culture (Smith-Merry and et.al., 2015). If in a group someone
is in the problem then other members should help them to come out p from the problem and it
will also motivate them to work in the group.
Accept Team members
It is impotent for the individual to accept each other how they are because some people
are from long time in NHS but new employees do no task properly so its responsibility of the
experienced employees to help new employees , so they can also give their contribution in the
task.
Communication
If will effect the work and there will be effective flow of communication in the
organization. It is impotent for the NHS to have effective communication in the workplace, so
they can be successful in their business. Employees will learn to deal with the patent, and they
will help them to meet their demand and needs.
