the quality of services and benefits both partners. In health and social care setup, association
between employers and care takers gives a sense of responsibility and a clear perceptions of their
duties. Working partnership is important for the growth of any industry and in healthcare field
this even become more essential,because a good association between management and staff
could help the people who are being taken care of. Working in partnership gives better results,
each person comes up with their own thoughts and has more risking capability. A team working
together in a healthcare centre are better to manage emergency situations and confident in
decision making.

Your role will involve you working with many people who have a variety of roles. This is
known as ‘partnership working’. Developing good relationships will help to improve the quality
of care provided. The main working relationships in health and social care can be categorised in
four ways: • Individuals and their friends and family • Your colleagues and managers • People

feeling well or not following the diet plan properly the it should be reviewed quickly. Very often
social care workers are in a state to monitor the observations as they are daily in contact with the
person and they play a very important role in the overall well being of the person.

working environment. All the partners should agree on the shared goals, opinion and thoughts of
each member should be considered and respected and also each member should given a chance
of presenting their views. For the best outcome from the team, there should be trust between the
partners, for this the members should have a positive and supportive mind. Politeness,
punctuality ,and effective communication is essential. It is also important that each member
realize their strength ,weakness and boundaries. Individuals role should be assigned so that each
person should understand their responsibilities and there will be no repetition of work.
