Managing business is an effective activity which focus on planning, organizing,
managing, staffing, leading, controlling and monitoring all the functions of the business to

Pastry Emporium will be located in the high street locality and malls of Hong Kong. This
will help in attracting large number of customer by offering wide range of products like cakes,
biscuits, chocolates, cakes, pastries, croissants, etc. an effective business plan is developed for
cakes and biscuits to achieve the common goals and objectives and leads to higher profitability
and growth. Pastry Emporium will focus on building an effective plan helps in long term
sustainable growth and development of the business.

room temperature to keep products fresh, cleanliness and hygiene. Regular inspection from food

compliance with various health and safety laws and standards. It must have an effective
