Patient experience is one of the important part in nursing practices. It is very important for
health care staff to effectively and efficiently conduct nursing practices in order to correctly
provide better facilities of patient. It is important to put extra efforts and provide better care
facilities to patient while dealing with the 40 age patient. It is more difficult for nurse or heath
care provider to carry out nursing practices of old age people (Newell and Jordan, 2015). There
are number of risk and issues that are associated with old age nursing practices and it will lead to
have direct impact on overall experience of a patient. Support and care facilities to elderly client
should not be isolated to one field only. It is essential to give best nursing practices which can be
done through collaborative effort that consist of involvement of family member, community as
well as proper health care team. There are different nursing philosophy, nurse standards that are
very useful for providing guide and support to health care service provider. National safety and
quality health service standards is significant for enhancing the experience of patient. There are
different models and framework that should be consider by nursing practices. This is effective in

Service Standard as the guidelines that is developed for enhancing health care practices and
providing better services to patient. Partnering with consumer standards includes consumers as

This refer that patients are partners in their own care (McMurray and et.al., 2018). This is
effective for providing better and effective services to patient as it lead to develop better plan.
Erikson’s 8 Stage framework includes different stages of psychosocial development. In this sixth
stage includes intimacy Vs isolation. In an individual this stage take place in 18 to 40 years. At
this stage there is major conflicts centers on forming intimate, loving relationships. Individual
develop relationships forward to long term commitments.
It is very important to provide effective care facilities to 40 age patient in order to enhance
their experience. Effective and ineffective care practices will lead to have major impact on

nursing practices then it will also impact in health care and services practices (Jones and et.al.,
2018). Ineffective nursing practices includes lack of attention of health care provider towards 40
age patient. Due to this patient will have negative experience and they will not be able to
correctly recover with the issues.
It is very important to enhance and improve health care services in order to provide better
and effective care facilities to patient. There are different recommendation that needs to be
