UGH Patient Portal Project

This document outlines a project to develop a patient portal for University General Hospital (UGH). The project manager is Mike Brown. The project uses various technologies including JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. The matrix also includes placeholders for test cases, implementation details, and verification steps. The overall goal is to create a user-friendly and secure patient portal for UGH.
