• This is the way a patient feels about the way they have
been cared for through interaction.
• Though it is dependent on many factors but it is one of
the important features of the clinical effectiveness that
ensure patient safety.

• Clinical effectiveness works well with the concept of
adding value to the already existing quality
• The value and quality is reached with dedication of every
single stakeholder
