As per the mail which was sent yesterday, I have been capable of sending the different details
regarding the payroll at Kenton County Taxes. After giving the call yesterday at Kenton
County, I tried speaking to one of the representatives who had the knowledge regarding what
is needed to be done. The name was Lisa and the phone number is #...... There are few points
which were discussed during the call that have been described as follows:
Firstly, you are responsible for paying the taxes of the Kenton County on a quarterly basis
and she tried explaining me that Kenton County has seventeen City and as there is a business
situated at City, Fort Mitchell, they are responsible for paying Kenton County as well as taxes
of Fort Mitchell on a quarterly basis.
Moreover, she said that there was delay in the payment for the taxes in the 3rd and 4th quarter,
there was a penalty imposed of $25. However, I tried to explain her with the fact that
whenever we tried to reach, there were different representatives and they used to tell us
different things which confused us. In such scenario, she said that there will be imposing of
penalty in the present, however, the interest cannot be removed. From the next time, there
will be imposing of penalty along with total amount. However, I have promised her that from
next time, all the payments will be done at once.

In addition, we tried to receive the mail regarding the forms of the 3rd and 4th quarter with the
notes. I tried to bring into the attention that when there was late in the payment of taxes, it led
to automatic deduction and penalty was imposed. Whenever, I tried to raise the queries, I
tried speaking to different person, and Brian commented that the same will be cross out with
pen and making little note- “waived for Lisa”. Due to the same, there was a crossed-out
amount.
Please let me know if there are any kind of questions or queries and my apologies for not
responding on time for the different emails. I apologize that we are busy and little behind
because of the entire tax.

Kindly note that I am really sorry as I was not able to respond to your mail. Actually, the

three times regarding the email, however, her response was inappropriate as she promised
that she will be responding to the call, however, there was no response from her end.
However, I will be calling her again today for understanding the status.
