The tax rate of Sonia Roza is High because she did not quote the TFN which prohibited
her to taking the advantages of tax rebate and also the benefits provided by government to the
privates sector employees. The tax offset of Sonia Roza is $1255 p.a. Sonia has to invest in some
tax deducted fund to reduce the tax.
C) Resolve Kris Hollows Query
The salary of two persons may be differed because of their experience and job
performance. Kris Hollows annual salary is $64114 and the other manager salary with same job
role is $78000 pa because may be their job experience is different and also the behaviour to
handle critical situation also different. To deal with the payroll query we have to communicate
with Kris and try to explain the situation of difference in the salary of both the employees. We
