At my own workplace settings, I found that treating the client with maintaining his rights of
privacy and dignity is very much important and challenging. Following the various laws and
acts related to the treatment of the clients is mandatory and that is why a lot of attention is

All PCC has to follow certain rules and regulations related to law while taking any decision
on behalf of the client and have to be very careful about the human rights of the patient. In
this scenario, John is showing very aggressive and abnormal behaviour, in this case the
professionals of PCC has to be careful about giving him the treatment and maintaining his
personal rights (NHS, 2020).

Team building

team members, I found it very easy to provide better treatments to the patients for improving
their physical and mental health. I realised that team work is very essential for providing
better person centred care.

While working with a team, I found that effective communication is the key source for
providing better person centred care services. Better communication practices are required to
assess the real problems and requirements of the patient. I found that for becoming a good
healthcare practitioner, better communication skills are required.

I felt very good and enthusiastic when I saw that John is starting to behave like a normal
person. In spite of having the learning disability, John is able to work like a normal person
and is able to deal with all the daily activities of his life (Walker, 2019)

problems of the clients. I will observe the behaviour of the patient for around three days on
continuous bases.
I will try to gather the maximum knowledge about the disease from which the patient is
suffering and I will try to consult with physicians and psychiatrists about the techniques to
make the patient healthy. In my short term plan, I especially provide focus on analysing the
minute changes in the behaviour of the patient by observing his habit on continuous bases (J
Richer, 2017).
