Introduction
Academic skills is known as the skills that help the individual to learn more and enhance
their skills in aspect of career which involves learning and independent learning. The academic
skills help in working with others through seminars, group work, etc. as well as include
management of tasks, problem solving, effective communications in form of oral as well as
written. Personal development plans help in attainment of the goals in a very easy and flexible
manner. The personal development plan is a plan for the enhancement of personal as well as
professional goals.
