plan also contributes towards realisation of dreams and aspirations. The concept of this
assignment is to determine strength and weaknesses of an individuals and it will supports them in
research activities. Furthermore, the coursework also focus on various areas which must be
improved so as to attain long and short term objectives.

It is essential for individuals to assess their strength and weaknesses so as to make
