Construction cost of community centre is similar as per planed task. Further, project is completed
on the right time in Peak project .In addition to this, human and other resources contribute an
effective role for organisation to finish job in the Birkbeck College.
CONCLUSION
From the report, it is found that principles of project management help to manage
community centre project in United Kingdom. Viability of project shows negative impact which
will create complexities to recover money regarding project. Matrix structure contributes an
effective role in Peak project to organize work very fast. Further, effective leadership skill of
manager provides good guidance to employees for completing community centre project in an
effective manner. Requirement assignment matrix helps to manage operations and specify plan with
contribution of appropriate human resources in the college. It can be concluded that change control
process also aids to improve efficiency and performance of peak project in the United Kingdom.
