Constraint Analysis
Implementation of the project management approach is used for changing the behaviour of
the process environment. Issue log is the basic requirement for completing the project
successfully because it helps in identifying the issues which can exist with the project
development cycle (Newman, 2018). Some of the major issues which are associated with the
online website development are legal, communication, political, environmental, and strategic
issue (Ennouri, 2013).
Conclusion
Configuration management focuses on managing the quality and controlling project activities
so that end results can optimize the working of the Pearson enterprise. Auditing of the quality
input and quality assurance principles helps in signifying the project objectives. Change
management plan is prepared by identifying and measuring the issue log associated with the
project plan and activities schedule.

2 Section 2
Introduction
Designing of the website can be done by following the sequence of steps in synchronised
order so that core dependency between the activities can be aligned with the goal and
objectives of the undertaken project. Components of the project should be constructed in
detail which makes to achieve good quality project at the end of the project completion
(Carcano, and et.al., 2016). Website development for the grocery shop is characterised with
the single objective and goal which helps in eliminating the chaotic environment at work
place. Uniqueness of the project is determined by identifying the clear objective and scope. It
has been seen that goal accomplishment depends on the alignment and synchronization of the
temporary project activities (Cousillas, 2010). Organization hierarchy is developed for
managing the interdependencies between the project processes. It helps in handling the work
reports, chaos, and grievances efficiently. Employees are motivated for driving the project
activities in the direction of project by identifying uncertainties associated with the project
objectives. Project methodologies are involved for streamlining the business operation with
the end result of the project (Damoah, 2015).
Risks analysis
Sources of risk
Integrity and reliability of the project depends on the successful management plan for
controlling and monitoring of the risks. Project manager plays crucial role in identifying the
risks and issues associated with the project plan. It is significant to optimize the risk response
so that validity of the project goal and objectives can be enhanced. It has been seen that
determining policies and procedures for quantifying the risks. It is required to manage
connectivity between them delivery of reports can be effectively done so that risks and
uncertainties associated with the project of website designing can be minimized (Mansfield
Community, 2013). Controlling of the risks can be done by identifying the concise and
precise end result of the project. Risk response plan is created for tracking the risk impact on
the ongoing process of the undertaken activities. Contingency plans are applied to track the
risks accompanied with the project budget, timeline, project schedule, and others (Mossalam,
and Arafa, 2016).
