Task 1
Pecan nuts are the source of healthy nutrition which helps human to improve their wellness and
well-being. These pecan nuts are mostly produced in the United Kingdom with different
packaging styles. The production of the pecan nuts mostly done in the Australia under the
irrigation in the Gwydir valley at new south Wales of northern inland (Perera, Hewege and et.al.,
2020). There are approximately 100 pecan growers in Australia who planted more than 190,000
tress in area. The farmers were belonged to Australian industry association and produce 95% of
nuts in Australia.
In research, it has been recognized that there is a strong interest in this industry expansion
and expected to increase the nuts shell product to 9,800 tonnes in the shell by 2025. The
Australian industry has ensures that pecans are extremely long live and highly maintain more
than a time period which is a beneficial and long term investment for an individual. The demand
of nuts are highly exploding in daily life as pecans represent less than 6% of world tree nuts
commerce and consumed majorly by US as they are the native people. Thus, the demands of the
pecan nuts are in Asia, Europe and middle east and results that the pecan market is increasing
rapidly and highly strong in future years.

In general, these all four elements of nutritional nuts provides different benefits and improve the
well-being of an individual. Peanuts are rich in providing the protein, fat and fibre which makes
the person or human creature to stay healthy (Terreblanche, 2019). The peanuts have high
content of unsaturated fat which help them to improve their heart health and able to control the
cholesterol level which reduces the risk of heart strokes. Similarly, cashews are contained of
healthy fats which includes the zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin K and such more. It helps to control
and balance the diabetes prevention in a human body.
Cashews are ;ow carbohydrate impacts the blood sugar level. Along with this, pecan are
the good source of calcium and magnesium which helps to maintain the lower blood pressure.
This nut has mono saturated fat instead of high saturated fats in the body. It also prevents from
the disease prevention and supports the immune system (Hamed, Taha, Darwish, and et.al.,
2021). Looking at pistachios they are loaded with different nutrition and helps to reduce the risk
of big disease like cancer. These are low in calories and provide the high amount of protein in
the body which also helps to lose the weight and obesity of a person.

Regard to this, the pecan peanuts operations are separated into two production lines the new
machine and old machine. By monitoring the probability the new one has the probability failure
of 0.20 and old machine has 0.80 failure (Rusu, Mocan, Ferreira, and et.al., 2019). Accordingly,

Alternate hypothesis- The alternate hypothesis determines the relation exist among the two
variables.

 Two machines are not putting the same amount in the packets.

6 Conclusion:
On the basis of the hypothesis testing it has been determines that the p-values are less than the
0.05 then it shows that the null hypothesis is false. It means that the both of the machines are
putting the same amount in the packets. The null hypothesis has been proven wrong as there is
relation exist among the variables.

machine it has been found out that the advantages of machines are more than the disadvantages

specifies that the machine must be bought. It will ensure the effective production. Also, saves the
time, ensures the quality and improves the over-all operational efficiency of the company. The
pros are high then the cons. Thus, the machine must be bought.

SWOT Analysation of pecan peanuts for expanding the product line in Macadamia and
Almond snacks:

Strengths- The organization has adopted the effective technologies in order to ensure the
production. The another strategy of the firm is that the labours are highly skilled in terms of
using the machines. As a result, the strengths of the company enables them to expend their
production line.
Weaknesses- The major weakness of the company is that the organization performs the
operational activities and therefore, there is a risk of harming the environment (Dubey and et.al.,
2018). This hinders the image of the company and it put direct impacts on the operations of the
firm.
Opportunities- The company always provides the quality assurance to the consumers in
affordable price. Therefore, it results in attracting the large number of opportunities for the firm.
In order to expand the production line in Macadamia and almond snack will open up more
opportunities for the company. Such as, increase the customer base and ensures the higher profit.
Threats- The threat to the firm is that product expansion leads to more operational activity. As a
result, there is threat of polluting the environment which may lead to creation of heavy penalties
by the government. Also, it affects the operational process as well (Benzaghta and et.al., 2021).
But, the company has been proven effective enough in performing the CSR strategies. Therefore,
the company can easily overcome the threats.
From the SWOT Analysation, it has been found that the company has the effective strategies in
terms of ensuring the quality production. Also, the company is effectively maintaining their
weakness and threats. Thus, the company can expand their production line. It ensures the higher
profit to the firm.
TASK 10
The above report shows the major findings in relation of the quality assurance that is
given by the company for their products. Quality assurance plays the important role in ensuring
the high standards of quality in products to the consumers (Beger and et.al., 2019). Also, the
company is effectively focusing on each element that is related to the operational efficiency of
the firm. Along with this, it has been found that the firm has approached the large number of
suppliers that are ensuring the quality raw materials to the firm. Also, the company has equal
focus over changing the machines on time. So, the production process can be done in effective
manner. The firm has a belief in the concept of ensuring the health in their products. This shows

that the Pecan peanuts focuses on the health and taste equally. Apart from this, it has been
analysed that the company is highly efficient in terms of expanding their production line. As the
internal strength of the company increasing the ability of the firm in terms of increasing their
production line.
