TASK 1
Analysing the pedagogical principles
There are different types of pedagogical principle relating to behaviour management
which has being used within the specialist area of marketing. This is particularly necessary to
follow all these principles in order to analyse and bring the relevant output. This principle
involves the following-
The first principle relates to inclusion. In terms of education this principles state that
every child can develop their own capacity in learning by taking high quality education.
This is necessary because in case level of education will not be good then person will not
be inclusive.
Another principle relating to pedagogy is the motivation. In case student will not be
motivated or the teacher will not be motivated then the teaching will not be undertaken in
proper manner (5 Principles for Effective Pedagogy, 2022). Hence it is very necessary for
the tutors within the marketing area that the effectively follow this principles.
Another principle which majorly needs to be followed is the consistency in transparency.
This is necessary because in case the relation of student and teacher will not be
transparent then many issues will be faced by the learner and proper education will not be
provided to the student.
Along with this another principle relating to pedagogy is the quality assurance. This is
very necessary because in case quality education will not be provided to the student then
dream objectives will not be made. And it is very necessary that effective principles of
pedagogy must be followed by the tutor and the students as well.
TASK 2
Three assessment activities for meeting the individual need of learner
In this present situation there are two different learners who are having individual goals
and learning preferences. The first student is the one who is having English as the second
language and the other student has the one who easily bored if they do not find the work
challenging (Tawafak and et.al., 2018). Hence for dealing with this three assessment activities
are being prepared in order to meet the need of both these learners.

The first activity to be conducted for meeting team 5 days intensive courses the use of
SWOT analysis will be undertaken. This is particularly because of the reason that in this activity
both the learner will be provided a page to conduct their own SWOT analysis (Brew and
Saunders, 2020). This activity is very necessary because it will help the learner to analyse their
own strength and weakness and what are the opportunities and threats being present for them.
Along with this another assessment activity to be conducted for them is to analyse these
factor and two monitor the learning of both the learners during the assessment. The effective
monetary is very essential because in case the needs and learning of the learner will not bet then
it employees that the assessment is not successful.
Along with this another activity to be conducted is to establish the effective learning
model in order to ensure that the whole learning provider to the student is up to Mark and they
are able to meet there individual needs and demand.
Along with this two resources specifically required in order to meet the meets of the
individual learners is to undertake the use of ICT and computer literacy.
TASK 3
Observation of teaching practices
There are different situations being present within the teaching practice that need to be
observed effectively. Hence for the analysis of each of the following specific aspect Pro why did

With respect to the first situation that is establishing and sustaining a shape and inclusive
learning environment the observation practice within the teaching involved is face to face
communication with the students. This is necessary because when the communication
will be done continuously then it will motivate this student and better learning can be
developed.
Within the second situation that is flexibility and adaptability within the use of inclusive
teaching learning practices the use of benchmarking will be undertaken (Shepard, 2019).
This is necessary because in case comparison will not be under taken then inclusive
teaching and learning approaches cannot be identified.
Along with this within the third the situation that is promoting equality and valuing
Diversity the use of anti discrimination act will be undertaken. This is particularly

Demonstrating the assessment data
In case of the learner who is having English as the secondary language the monitoring
will be taken place with help of benchmarking. Whereas in case there is not any
monitoring of achievement and achievement will be done with help of the KPI that is he
performance indicator.
Along with this with respect to setting learners target in case of learner who is having
English as the secondary language is used of most time will be undertaken as compared
to another one of. This is necessary because this student having English as the secondary
language will take a more time in order to achieve that target.
Furthermore in situation of planning subsequent sessions for the student having English
recipes secondary language planning session will require more time. On the other hand in
case of another learner the time taken for the planning sessions will be less.
Language this in the situation of recording the outcome of assessment relating to the
learner having English as the secondary language will take more time and recording the
outcomes. On the other hand in case of another learner the recording of the outcomes will
be under taken in less time.
Moreover for communicating assessment information to other professionals in case of
English as secondary language will take more time. This is particularly because when
communication needs to be undertaken with another professional that each and every
elementary relating to this student has to be communicated. Hence just takes a lot of time
and then case of another student it will be less.
In the end while communicating with the learners the learning professional and others
have to meet the individual learning needs and need to encourage the progression (Skalka
and Drlík, 2018). This is necessary in case of both the learners with the learner is having

communicated to the student and other related to him then education will not be
completed and learning cannot be undertaken effectively.

Demonstrating the use of theories and models of reflection by evaluating own practice
In the end it can be stated that the teaching within the own area of specialism that is
marketing team use of different theories and models is very essential. This is particularly because
of the reason that in case theories and models being used will not be effective than proper
teaching will not be provided to the student (Wanner and Palmer, 2018). This for this the major
emphasize must be led over the effective planning and delivering of the objectives of education.
Within the marketing stream it is very necessary that is the conduct the effective planning in
order to improve the learning capabilities and other related activities. In case delivery of the
education will not be under taken and proper manner then this will be affecting the working
efficiency of the tutor and the learning capabilities of the student.
Along with this it is also very necessary for me to maintain a safe and inclusive teaching
practice and environmental stop this is necessary because in case the environment will not be
good then this will be affecting the learning capability of the student. Also in case environment
will not be good then it will be affecting the teaching capacity and capability of the tutor as well.
Moreover as a tutor within the marketing string it is also very necessary for me to effectively
implement the different theories principle and practices relating to effective communication. This
is necessary because in case the communication will not be good and effective than proper
outcomes will not be achieved (Bovill, 2020). Hence it is very crucial for me as in case I comply
with all the principles of communication and try to communicate in simple and easy language
with the students. This is necessary because and case I will be using tough language and Hard
words then it will be difficult for the learners to learn it. Thus it is very necessary for me to
effectively communicate in easy and simple manner so that everyone can understand it well.
