Background of the case
Pedagogical leadership is an activity which enables and support teaching and learning and
provides explicit instruction so that curriculum or change implemented effectively. Pedagogical
leaders are the one which provides clear instructions so that all proposed work get done
effectively (Abel, 2018). The proposed case is focused on Sam and his family. Sam is facing an
issue associated with the study to read science properly. Teacher of Sam has understood this and
suggested to opt some other subject. This change of subject will be facilitated a positive
difference in the life of Sam so that he becomes able to take good marks. It is my primary
responsibility as a pedagogical leader to resolve this issue and provide positivity to improve their
practices and work.
The problem to be solved
The problem which is required to resolve properly consider a change of subject. Sam is facing a
challenge to read and learn science background subjects. He is not able to do reactions and has a
proper interest in creativity. He wants to do hotel management and want to become GM of the
famous hospitality business in Canada. I have to suggest an appropriate institute for Sam so that
he can start further education. This change will be bringing some positive change in Sam life,
and he might accomplish all desired goals and objectives in life. Thus, as a pedagogical leader, it
is my moral responsibility to protect the child against mission drift and facilitate collective focus
on children and families.

The vision of Sam is to become part of the famous Hospitality business entity in Canada. He also
wants to interact with other people and serve people around the world. The vision of Sam is to
learn the preparation of new dishes and facilitate different dishes for distinct people around the
world. This vision constitutes some objectives which are drafted as follow:
The first objective is associated with long term aspects. Sam wants to follow his passion
and achieve all the positive things while roaming in the world.
Another objective of Sam is to become a part of different hotels in different countries to
become aware of various work culture to open a new restaurant chain.
These are the same vision and objectives of Sam which he wants to achieve. As a pedagogical
leader, I have to help Sam so that he can accomplish his vision and goals. I have to assist him in
directing towards the target and motivate him so that targets get to accomplish.
Proposed solution
The proposed solution to maintain this change is to make Sam family aware of his interest. The
pedagogical difference in the interest of Sam is hotel management and wants to learn about more
things from the internet (Tarling and Ng'ambi, 2016, p. 50). One of the best solutions for this
pedagogical change is to become a part of a hotel management institute. It is essential to learn
some basic about hotel management.
Another solution is to take training from some established hotel groups in the world. It is
beneficial to learn new work culture of various locations. Moreover, do the job in some
