Analysis: What are the key ideas?
The primary ideas are pedagogical leadership and curriculum for which the educators have
specific roles in improving the children’s knowledge. The educators have more significant
roles in the lives of young children through enacting various roles in the lives of the
learners. The educators are portrayed as experienced in their roles and well educated and
have profound experience in their roles as educational leaders. Pedagogical educators
ensure that young children receive the best in the form of quality education and programs
in their early settings. Through the collaboration of the educators, the parents and the
community ensure that learners can challenge the existing knowledge, make logical
decisions like leaders.

been extended, challenged, or changed?
The ideas identified above relate to what I
already on the basis of their significance. In
concurrence with what I know, the ideas
express the defining elements of a child
through the experienced educators to shape
their growth. My current thought that
pedagogical leadership entails only the
learning process become challenged. To
challenge what I know, the ideas outlines
that learning process comprises the
establishment of a close relationship
between the educators, the parents and the
community. Additionally, it’s a challenge to
my knowhow in that the ideas reveals that
knowledge acquisition is made to assist
learners and children in getting the best
from the education programs which
incorporate other concerns such as healthy
feeding for young children. Through this
positive challenge, my ideas have been
extended and changed to conform with the
outlined ideas.

As a Pedagogical teacher, I have the role of
ensuring the health of the children through
health feeding and lifestyle. There is also a
need to establish a close relationship
between the parents and the teacher to
ensure that the children receive the best
