The ideas identified above relate to what I
already on the basis of their significance. In
concurrence with what I know, the ideas
express the defining elements of a child
through the experienced educators to shape
their growth. My current thought that
pedagogical leadership entails only the
learning process become challenged. To
challenge what I know, the ideas outlines
that learning process comprises the
establishment of a close relationship
between the educators, the parents and the
community. Additionally, it’s a challenge to
my knowhow in that the ideas reveals that
knowledge acquisition is made to assist
learners and children in getting the best

positive challenge, my ideas have been
