learning and Pedagogy is a teaching process (Fontana and Setterfield, 2016).

and focuses on how various experiences has crafted the strategies of different teachers.
A craft of pedagogy is important because it improves the quality of teaching and helps
the children get a deeper understanding of fundamental effects, this also helps the
students in analysing, evaluating and creating information.

other’s. The definition of unconditional love and affection can be seen in a bond of teacher and a
student. It involves the student and teacher working in a team together and building of skills as

learning capabilities among with these it also helps to develop innovation, communication and
creativeness skills in infants or students. The communications skills and providing ample of
opportunities to learn while play, sense and favourable conditions which are provided to them at
early stage can promote to build their decision making power which may helpful in choosing
carrier they want to choose in future. Many schools and origination adopted policy of Play and
learn in which the teacher role is to evaluate 5the plan to make them learn particular topic and
execute in a creative manner for example, In UK a survey conducted in regards with the
development through craft the estimated data which have been obtained concluded that daily task
have been determined such as make a butterfly and tots are allowed to use their creative power to
design it then they are classified as per on their skills. Pedology is associated with a child

story as well as speech therapies are also implemented in these tots in order to open their vocal
chords. In the observation the pedagogical methods were applied on two children who were
using language to decode sounds meanings as well as the letters. As they were using found
language and facing issues while developing their communication skills. It is found that Child B
is more attentive and but speaking less at beginning but meanwhile when Child A start speaking
with an adult the child B started copying the term and begin to speak as resulted the tots have
natural skills to copy the things which adult do or the companion do so they communicate with
each other and they play together. According to studies, there can be two aspects which are
