Pedagogy is the craft or practise of teaching. Pedagogy is caring for young children
(Carlson, 2018). Pedagogy is a caring of young children (Pedagogy in early childhood
education and care, 2015). The main body of the essay covers how the pedagogy
concept is different from the teaching concept, what the craft of pedagogy is, its
importance and what pedagogy includes. This essay will also cover different types of
pedagogy and aims to explain some characteristics. It will justify how COEL is
supported via aspects of pedagogy.
Pedagogy is a type of academic development; it considers the interactions that are
required during the process of learning. It is an approach of teaching something.
Pedagogy is a structured process not a specific process. But in the case of early
education, it is broader term; it may be structured or may not be structured. It is a
process of knowledge, values, beliefs and attitudes. Pedagogy in education is very
important as it can be taught through a school mainly or by a child’s parent. Education is
learning and Pedagogy is a teaching process (Fontana and Setterfield, 2016).
Teaching is considered to be a craft. Craft is a set of skills and knowledge that a person
gets through by practising and experiencing. A craft of pedagogy focuses on teaching
and focuses on how various experiences has crafted the strategies of different teachers.
A craft of pedagogy is important because it improves the quality of teaching and helps
the children get a deeper understanding of fundamental effects, this also helps the
students in analysing, evaluating and creating information.
Pedagogy is the process of teaching students the specific skills that will help them in
there studies. Pedagogy is one of the methods used by teachers to teach students by
using theory and practice in teaching. It is seen that by using pedagogy methods in teaching
it will increase the studies as well it helps in enhancing the skills. As the tiny tots are not
developed mentally. Craft can enhance the skills as it can refine skills like intellectual skills of an
infants. As per studies it is determined that the source of creativity is the things what we see,
listen and focus. It can show the best interest of child as well. Pedology is co relation between
teacher and a student as they share their thoughts, understanding, likes and dislikes with each

student. It involves the student and teacher working in a team together and building of skills as
well as development. As the development occurs in an informational skill, the identical skills,
learning capabilities among with these it also helps to develop innovation, communication and
creativeness skills in infants or students. The communications skills and providing ample of
opportunities to learn while play, sense and favourable conditions which are provided to them at
early stage can promote to build their decision making power which may helpful in choosing
carrier they want to choose in future. Many schools and origination adopted policy of Play and

The art of pedology is designed well as it focusses on main objective which allow and
ensure the positive outcomes. As the students at early stage do deal with number of problems

Approaches of Pedology
The approaches of pedology are different from each other, as per the studies the most affective
and powerful approach of pedology can be termed where a teacher and student work and produce

is more attentive and but speaking less at beginning but meanwhile when Child A start speaking
with an adult the child B started copying the term and begin to speak as resulted the tots have
natural skills to copy the things which adult do or the companion do so they communicate with

Social-pedagogy
The social pedology aims on the social factors of a children. In this policy teacher work

Critical Pedagogy

suggestions even radical philosophy. The main goal and objective is to continue the challenge
students allow them to ask questions which may evolve their interest and their learning as well as
daily life doubts and teacher should answer it wisely.
Pedagogies includes caring teaching a being with tiny tots in every phase of development.
As the relation of teacher and students I being discussed above the relation of transparency can
be determined. It is way by which a teacher can understand the psychological state of a child by

freely express their feelings infornt of his or her teacher completely. This may Impacts on

Pedology can termed to facilitates the students not only them it can also help to gain
deeper learning and knowledge of subject matter but also in helpful in implementation of
learning and attaining knowledge and experience to their own home as well as communities and
to their own personal situations and as daily life experience. Teachers work together with
students to come upfront for subject matter to be explored and studied. At once the own
pedology discovered and evaluate by someone which may consider as higher education and can
be able to develop relevant material activities as well as challenges for students that will need to
assist them in the development of some various skills such as cognitive skills which helpful in
ensuring that they advance them understand and learnt concept to higher level.
Agenda and Discipline
The main agenda and main discipline which concluded as per studies are to develop the
skills of infants as well as making them prepare for future challenges. As these skills may helpful
in the development of their physical body as well. Therefore, the pedagogy follows up with both
development that by that can able to develop fine motor and gross motor. As it is concluded
above as well that gross mo9tor involves large muscles. In this segment the learn and play
strategies are being followed by the running, jumping, moving chis-cross well that may develop
the intellectual skills as well. According to the studies, the intellectual skills are those which help
to determine the solution of problems.
The approaches that can be termed as useful are critical thinking approaches, social-
pedagogy approaches etc. well in the social approaches the development of social skills are
determined that can be seen as well as they develop their other skills such as cognitive skills
which can be termed as decision making, problem-solving as well as sensory skills. As at early
