related to food and beverage, travel, transportation and lodging facilities which provides

Peelers juice cafe is the chosen firm which is located at Bishops gate, London. It specialises in
providing fresh healthy juice and salads. The project will focus on various accounting principles
for managing financial transactions and use of book keeping systems for maintaining accounting
reports. It also analyses various stages of HR life cycle and discusses performance management
plan. It also discusses different methods of communication within the departments of the
hospitality organisation.
TASK 1
P1 Principles of managing and monitoring financial performance
Their are various principles for managing and monitoring financial performance of the
company so as to achieve business growth and success. In context to Pellers juice cafe the should
use principles for managing and monitoring financial performance of the company which are
described as follows-
Follow appropriate regulations and legislations- All the expenses and activities
incurred by the company should comply with the regulations, legislations and policies
of the company. It ensures proper and smooth functioning of the business.
Analyse and evaluate financial budget before adopting any idea- While adopting
any idea, Peelers juice cafe should analyse their budget properly that it is feasible to

Food act, 1997- This act ensures that how the the food is being prepared, quality of
ingredients used as well as ensures cleanliness and hygiene of the place while preparing
